The CRX hot air dryers are constructed of stainless steel, heat insulated and provided with heat insulated sliding lid, temperature controller, safety thermostat and ventilation connection with adjustable lever. Adjustable bafflers ensure thorough drying.

Painting: manual or automatic water veil or dry cabins, pre-drying modules and dryers.
NDT: Automatic FPI Dye-Pen, wash and developer systems.

DRY PLAST 3000 is the most versatile drier of its category. In fact it can be easily positioned on the original press hopper, or it can be combined with a silo to increase its drying capacity. It has a heating capacity of 2500 W and is suitable for drying small-medium quantities of material. The IAD 3000 heating unit is designed to be combined with the isolated hopper to be installed directly on the transformer machine.

The EH-series hot air dryers have been expressly designed for the treatment of non-higroscopic thermoplastic materials in granulate form. The temperature can be adjusted electronically. The possibility for separate control makes these dryers particularly useful. The special “piggy-back” design makes for a very compact machine. The low voltage electrical system permits compliance with CE standards. Continuous hot air dryer CD25-600
Hot air dryer for removing surface moisture and condensation from non-hygroscopic materials. Designed for mounting directly on the processing machine and available with hopper sizes from 25 to 600 litres. Can also serve as a floor-mounted drying system in combination with drying hoppers from 30-4000 litres.

The air-swept tubular dryer is a new concept in drying technology. Manufactured in the United States, it will process anything from low solids slurries to low moisture powders. The “BF” series liquid line bi-flow drier is designed specifically for heat pump or reverse cycle application. External check valves are not required since they are incorporated within the filter drier shell. The core design filters out contaminant particles down to 25 microns.
