Mining Dump Truck
The high-power engine which is manufactured according to the European most advanced AVL technology introduced by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd is adopted. The engine not only enjoys the powerful power but also has the low oil consumption and meets the national Grade-two emission standard.
With the hydraulically-controlled pneumatic assistance, the heavy duty clutch can be operated easily and flexibly and is characterized by large torque, high auxiliary coefficient and long service life.
The transmission made by Shaanxi Fast Auto Drive Group Company by introducing America technology is characterized by large torque, wide speed ratio range, large torque reserve and strong bearing capacity. The steel wire flexible shaft gearshift is adopted to make the operation conveniently, flexibly, safely and reliably.
The double rear driving axle with integrated type cast steel axle housing, fully-flat axle shaft, main speed reducer and wheel-side planetary reducer are adopted to make available strong bearing capacity and large output torque; the differentials between shafts and between wheels are adopted to meet the demand of different working conditions so as to improve the availability of vehicle. The power is transferred by distance rod with simple structure and reliable operation as well as more applicability to mining road.

Branded as Hitachi now, often painted orange, and sporting a new numbering system, maximum payload capacities now range from 42 tons up to a whopping 315 tons.
