Vent and Collect Dust in Any Contained Vessel
The Modu-Kleen bin vent/dust collector is designed to vent bins, storage silos, mixers, blenders, pneumatic conveying systems of any type, or any other device or process that must contain or control dust particles. It can meet the most stringent air pollution codes. The Modu-Kleen is controlled by solid state electronics, and is self-cleaning for minimum maintenance.
Built as an integral part of the bag cage, the cone jet diffuser directs a shock wave of air down the entire length of the bag during the cleaning cycle. This shock wave improves the Modu-Kleen's efficiency when compared to other venturi type dust collectors that direct the shock wave over only a portion of the bag. The filter bags are cleaned one row at a time, so the Modu-Kleen Series 250 can operate continuously. There is no need to shut down for cleaning.

The Filter 1 Pulsatron PFV Series of Dust Collectors utilize high efficiency cartridge filters to provide effective collection of a broad range of dust particles and contaminates, such as wood, composites, plastic, dry powder, metals, toner, and cement. Operations include grinding, sanding, foundry, welding, fabrication, blasting, metallizing, and powder coating. The Pulsatron is designed for customization to unique applications. The vertical orientation of the cartridge in the Pulsatron PFV allows the dust to be blown off and fall directly into the hopper. Power-pulse reverse-jet cleaning, backflushing the filters with short bursts of compressed air, operates on a solid state controller to provide automatic cleaning. The unit is available with optional backward inclined direct drive blowers for quiet, efficient operation.

PULSATRON COMPACT
Polluted air enters the filter through a pre-chamber which enables separation of the biggest particles; the flow then goes through the cartridges depositing the contaminant outside, while clean air is discharged from filter head. An electronic sequential cycle provides for cartridge cleaning with compressed air. The wide filtering surface of each cartridge allows a reduced volume of the equipment. This means that Pulsatron Compact filters, unlike traditional bag filters, can be installed also inside areas near pollution sources.

The High Efficiency Cyclone Separator / Dust Collector
The Filter 1 Cyclotron combines a long tapered cone, a high velocity inlet, and a large internal helix to easily separate from the air stream all moderate size particles, such as saw dust chips and particles from metal grinding.The Cyclotron fans are positioned on the clean air side of the cyclone and are direct drive for low maintenence. In addition, the fans have backward inclined blower wheels for high efficiency and low noise operation. Optional Safety After Filters ensure that even the smallest particles are captured. Standard filter material for the after-filters is 16-ounce seared, felted polyester, designed to hold large dust particles to the outer edges, thus forming a filter cake which heightens filtering efficiency and facilitates easy removal.

Cyclones have been re-designed and improved. Top cyclones can reach 97% settling efficiency as measured in Qatar Plant. Pressure drop of preheater is minimised.
