Uncomplicated, robust and easy maintenance %u2013 and all at extremely low operating costs. Especially with problematic and potentially explosive dusts (e.g. organic dusts like flour), CLAROFIL is working safely and reliably. The filter sludge is thoroughly discharged employing automatic sediment excavators. Thanks to the generously sized revision opening, the case interior is easily accessible and easy to maintain. The CLAROFIL advantages in detail:
- Meeting manifold requirements:
Due to a wide ranging accessories program the CLAROFIL application is nearly unlimited (e.g. exterior installation would be possible employing heating elements).
- More economic than post-combustion:
As CLAROFIL consumes very little water as washing liquid no high energy costs arise from the thermal after treatment of problematic crude gases. With the automatic ride control system for the water intake only little washing liquid is required.
- Made of stainless steel:
As one of the few filters in the market CLAROFIL is made entirely out of stainless steel. Therefore it has a high resistance against corrosive crude gas loads and is protected against corrosion.

Baghouse Filters
Increasing demand for a cleaner environment and requirements for lower particulate emissions from the manufacturing processes, result in baghouse air filters being widely used in resource industries. In principle, baghouses are industrial-sized vacuum cleaners. The difference between a baghouse and a household vacuum is the need to continuously remove dust while the baghouse is in operation.
The cleaning mechanisms have been developed over the past 50 years. Early developments used shaker and reverse air systems, while newer baghouse designs use a PulseJet cleaning system (using compressed air) or a High-Energy PulseAir system (using a displacement blower) for cleaning air. Side-by-side comparisons prove baghouses using High-Energy PulseAir are more efficient, deliver the cleanest results and prolong bag life.

TP type bag filters
The TRIPULS bag filter is a space-saving filter that still provides optimum performance. The complete filter element (filter medium plus frame), specially designed for the TRIPULS filter, allows optimum deformation of the filtering medium during the cleaning of the filter, comparable that undergone by a TP.
Each filter element includes three injection tubes. Their design and the resulting features (high flow and a big difference in cleaning pressure), combined with the special TRIPULS filter element, guarantee maximum filtration for low compressed air consumption.
These qualities, added to the compact construction, with the possibility of the horizontal or vertical assembly of the filtering elements, make the TRIPULS an ideal solution for many dust extraction problems, when the space available is restricted.

Blasting Range - Dust Collector
The BMF dust collectors meet the most demanding environmental protection standards, and are appropriate for the most different applications that need retention of solid and dry particles such as, for example, on blasting machines or rooms, (powder) painting, plasma, crushing plants, foundries, cement, etc. They can even be employed to collect dusts that are dangerous to the health in accordance with the certification BIA, ZH 1/487 paragraph 2.
The filtering cartridges with elements in VILEDON® have an extraordinary capacity of retention, added to an excellent permeability to air, which makes it possible to use fans with lower pressures than other filtering elements, thus significantly reducing the power of the fans, as well as the noise level.
Another important advantage is the high useful life of these filtering elements, since it is a non-woven fabric, is features an excellent mechanical resistance and resistance to water. It can even be washed. They are highly resistant to chemical attacks and to corrosion and can be used at temperatures of up to 100ºC (depending on the composition of the gasses in question). In the majority of applications this element has a useful life approximately 15/20 times longer than the filter with elements in cellulose fiber.

The ECO 2R is a compact, ceiling mounted dust collecting unit that can be powered using its own fan or may be connected to ducting for use in banks powered from a central point. It is intended for temporary airborne containment of fine powders during processing, after which they may be returned to the end product or discharged to a container for disposal. Applications include paint, toner or powdered dye blending, food and chemical blending.
The ECO 2R is a full featured cartridge dust collection unit with integral pulse cleaning. The dust collector hopper can be configured to hold dust for discharge into containment units for disposal or may be configured to simply discharge back into the device being ventilation. An example of this latter configuration is the temporary containment of fine powders during processing, after which they are returned to the end product and not necessarily considered a waste product. For theses applications, when the dust is dislodged from the cartridge filters during pulsing, it drops back down the capture inlet duct and into the process container at the conclusion of mixing to minimize product loss.

Allied has built thousands of cyclones for various applications. Standard efficiency cyclones are used where baghouse filters are required to cope with emission standards. High efficiency cyclones are used as primary separators and air cleaning devices in many applications. High-pressure cyclones are used as receivers in pneumatic conveying systems. All cyclones have different design requirements and they are custom made for each application
|
|
Cyclones use the effects of centrifugal force and gravity to separate particles in suspension in gas. The geometry of cyclones is a determining factor in obtaining high efficiency. Various physical properties such as: temperature, composition and viscosity of the gas, shape, granulometry, relative density of the particles, concentration of dust need to be taken into account when defining their efficiency.
To deal with special problems, we offer special constructions: apparatus for high pressure or high negative pressure, with protection against abrasion, with heating of the body

The JETLINE® CH is a pocket filter with automatic compressed air pulse jet cleaning.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
- The dust-laden air passes through the needlefelt pockets from the outside to the inside, depositing the dust on the outer face of the filter media.
- The clean air is then exhausted from the filter.
- Blowing a very short blast of compressed air into the filter pocket via the venturi cleans the filter media.
- The sudden change in shape of the pocket due to its rapid inflation causes the collected dust to fall off the filter media into the hopper.
- The electronic sequencer controls the cleaning cycle. The time of the impulse of compressed air is regulated to obtain the optimal cleaning cycle.

Blasting Range - Wet Dust Collector
Designed to meet the most severe environmental standards, it is adequate for all applications in which the residue or the collected dust do not have to be kept dry, as well as for gasses. It is especially indicated for applications in which there is the risk of an explosion or that have wet particles, such as, for example, the aluminum dusts and the liquid paint residues.
Since it features an automatic residue discharging system, it is indicated for applications in which the volume of dust or residues is large. It is certainly the equipment with the lowest operational cost in existence on the market, since the filtering element is the water itself, which remains in a closed circuit, and is consumed only by evaporation or by absorption.
The collector is built in a welded structure that is coated with a highly corrosion resistant paint. The conveyor that removes the residues that settle, by drowning them in the dust collector, is built in stainless steel and is driven by a gear motor with permanent lubrication, which grants great durability to the assembly. In a few cases, such as for example, liquid paint residues, it is indispensable to add to the water products that cause the decanting. We always recommend adding anti-oxidants to the water. In some applications such as, for example, blasting it is indispensable.

Extraction and filtration units for dust:
The arising of hazardous materials in the form of coarse dust, fine dust and floating particles is often unavoidable in working processes. Extraction and filter units clean the air directly at the workplace. Thus, hazardous effects on employees as well as machines can safely be prevented. The optional recirculation ventilation results in the cut of energy costs. The application-oriented solution result from long-time experiences.
The filter cartridge units of ULT AG are equipped with automatic cleanable filter cartridges. The stationary extraction facility is used for a single-place and central extraction, according to the size. The large filter surfaces enable maximum filter stand life.
|
|
Very often the spot-suction alone is not enough to guarantee the conformity to the valid legal requirements for fume extraction and to avoid danger for your employees and your company.
Furthermore it is necessary to vent the room additionally, which is tried to be achieved by the “PUSH-PULL-System”.
The pollutants are being sucked on one side of the working area, filtered and the cleaned air is led backinto the area on the other side.
