The Vacuum Generator is designed to produce a low-flow vacuum using the venturi principle. The vacuum generator converts compressed air to a vacuum consuming 4.9 CFH with an 89.6 KP Supply.
When air is allowed to flow through the generator, the high velocity of the air passing through the center port draws a vacuum through the side ports. Two red vinyl caps are provided to cap the unused output port.

Designed for the graphics sector and in particular for gripping and separating stacked sheets. They are also recommended for all applications where the use of pneumatic cylinders is best avoided for gripping the items to be lifted by the suckers. Obviously the load must be compatible with the lifting force of the vacuum cylinder.

HV-SA series
Central ejector based on the Venturi principle. Includes two pressure supply ports and a vacuum connection.
When connection 1.1 is supplied with pressure, the Venturi nozzle generates vacuum.
An integrated check valve at connection 2 maintains vacuum in systems with slight leakage even when the ejector is switched off.
The integrated (automatic) air saving feature turns off the air supply to the ejector when the pre-set upper vacuum level is reached. If the vacuum level drops 150 mbar below this level, the air supply is turned on to the ejector until the pre-set vacuum level is reached again. This fulfills the "EMERGENCY ON FUNCTION".
To release the components that have been picked up, a momentary blow off ejects the components (a signal interrupter integrated into connection 1.2 stops the blow off function after 0.3 seconds).
An external 5/2way double solenoid valve is recommended to control the ejector by alternately activating connection 1.1 (start) and 1.2 (release).
Change "release" to blow off as seen on page 66.
The pressure supply port and vacuum connections are fitted with removable protective filters, which serve to protect the ejector from debris.
A silencer with self-cleaning granular filling (with an air consumption of 150 and 300 Nl/min) or a surface mounted silencer (with an air consumption of 500 Nl/min) is included in the scope of delivery.

General description
The Ejector is a mechanical device that generates the necessary vacuum for functioning of the dosing system. It consists of a drive nozzle, mixing chamber, non-return valve and an outlet connection.
Ordinary ejector construction is for pipes with water pressure up to 6 bar.
Reinforced ejectors are used for pipes with water pressure more than 6 bar.
Ejectors with "connection cock" are used when the ejector has to be separated from the pipeline in which there is overpressure.

It is a simple valve of compact construction which generates a vacuum when compressed air is applied. The vacuum ceases immediately when the air supply is removed.
# Two-way vacuum generator - DP 2018 F
This two-way valve with integral non-return valve generates a vacuum when air is applied to the pressure port. For applications that do not require a sustained vacuum the valve can be used without the integral non-return valve.

The CG400 is the fastest PCI Frequency Synthesizer card on the market today. The internal clock runs at 1.0 GHz with <1ppm accuracy over temperature and voltage.
Clock rates are programmable from 100 kHz to 400 MHz with 0.23 Hz resolution. Standard output configurations are LVDS and complementary 3.3V PECL. Other options include lower phase noise, 1.0 Ghz output, 10 Mhz external lock, master input clock override on the DDS, and user defined logic.
User Defined Logic
The CG400 has auxiliary complimentary outputs that can be programmed to do just about anything the user wants.
The factory can download any logic implimentation for free that is available at the factory or provided by the user. The user is also permitted to download their own designs themselves
Software Drivers, User Interface
The software driver is written as a 32-bit Windows DLL and is compatible with all C compilers made Microsoft A simple debug GUI interface is also provide so that the customer can determine if the kernel drivers are installed properly. The GUI also allows you to set the frequency of the CG400 without any programming.

The CG400 is ideal for embedded applications where a stand-alone or bench-top unit is currently used.

FailSafe(TM) devices provide an optimum solution for applications where continuous operation is required in the event of a primary clock failure. The continuous operation is achieved using a DCXO that serves as a redundant clock source in the event of a reference clock failure by maintaining the last frequency and phase information of the reference clock.
