RACO's turn and part-turn valve actuator is a completely electromechanical final control element for operating fittings, valves and flaps, etc. with rotational movement ranging from less than 1 revolution to several revolutions.
The DM IV is assembled from components of the same proven building block system from RACO's electric actuators. This allows us to offer every customer the special turn and part-turn valve actuator for his needs at a low price.
The DM IV consists of the gear, motor and accessories.

The EA11 is our basic version for the open-close operation of smaller torques. The electric actuator EA11 consists of a gear, a direct current motor, a base print as well as equipment for end stops in its standard version.

Metso Automations Valvcon V-Series is a compact, rugged, reliable electric actuator designed for quarter-turn valve and damper applications and is available in both NEMA 4/4X and NEMA 4/4X/7&9 configurations. Notable features include all hardened steal spur gears, standard ISO 5211 mounting interfaces and CSA Certification to both Canadian and US Standards.
Other features include full access to cams and limit switches, 75% duty cycle, fuse protection for inputs and outputs, internal thermal-overload protection, wrench-operated manual override and visual position indication.
The plug-in Control Board option for modulating applications incorporates innovative features such as simple push button set up, auto calibration, selectable input control signal, position feedback signal, and signal fail position selection. Other standard features include local push button control, adjustable dead band, adjustable speed control, and locked output stall protection. The Control Board can be easily configured for reverse acting and split ranging control without any wiring changes.
Other options and accessories include the Iso/Readback and Speed Control/Timer Board options, a holding brake, tropical and standard heater/thermostat options, fully adjustable auxiliary limit switches and a declutchable handwheel override.
