AXON' offer flat cables with a fine gold coating on the stripped ends
In addition to flat cables with bare copper and tinplated copper conductors AXON' is now able to offer cables with a flash of gold on the stripped ends. These cables are compatible with gold contact connectors.
The construction of the cables is simple: the flat conductors are insulated with Polyester or Polyimide tape equipped with reinforcements for use with ZIF/LIF connectors (Zero-/Low Insertion Force).
AXON’ also offer special versions, like for example special markings, notchings, punchings, window cuts, slittings, mounting brackets, folds or crimped contacts.

Cord Sets Custom Made in Germany Meet Demand for Low to Medium Quantities
More and more OEM manufacturers are finding difficulties sourcing certain components for custom applications due to the lack of producers who are willing to make small runs at a reasonable price.
With Engelking's cord set offering, it is now possible to source small to medium runs of cord sets in a wide variety of international connector combinations and cable types with the relevant approvals. As manufacture is located in Germany the short lead times and reduced transport and transaction costs can often compete well with products from the far east.

Applications
The application for this single core is ideal if the environmental temperature exceeds 55°C. For inside wiring of switch boards and distributors as well as operating parts for the connection of electric heaters. These cables are also suitable for laying in tubes, on and
beneath plaster. |

The OLFLEX® VFD and VFD-CT cables are now CE and CSA approved, in addition to being UL-listed, making the popular cables ideal for international use.
The semi-conductive material extruded over the cable’s copper forms a spike resistant barrier, eliminating the corona discharge normally resulting from voltage spikes, reflections, and power distortions. Unlike standard power cables, the enhanced VFD power cables are excellent for connecting variable frequency drives to motors, especially in applications that require a voltage rating of 1000 V/2000 V peak.
A 12x minimum bending radius allows the cable to flex and bend in both moderate flexing applications and confined areas. In addition, the cables offer superior oil resistance thanks to its orange PVC outer jacketing.
The OLFLEX® VFD-CT is rated for use in cable trays and features all the benefits of the OLFLEX® VFD. In addition, the cable is flame retardant, UV resistant, and meets NEC and NFPA requirements.
OLFLEX® VFD SLIM is a reduced diameter shielded motor supply cable for variable frequency drives. The materials used are designed to hold up to the non-linear power distortions associated with VFD drives. This cable has a specially blended PVC jacket that is approved for both UL and CSA standards for 600V. |
