We are pleased to introduce the new BLDC brushless micro gearmotors. This new series completes Intecnos range of DC micro gearmotors and offers ideal solutions for sectors such as industrial automation, automatic doors and windows, vending and many others.
The BLDC motors from the BL series are available in 3 sizes (torque from 0,05 Nm to 0,43 Nm) and they can be supplied with an integrated (IE version) or external drive. They are compact and low-cost being equipped with Hall sensors. These motors have a low voltage 24V, which optmises safety in the workplace, particularly in applications where the worker can be in direct contact with the motor.
To complete the gearmotor, we would use the reliable micro planetary gearbox from our standard series.
Gearmotors made up of BL motors and LN (low noise) gearboxes are particularly suitable for applications in the medical field and for applications that require a controlled movement.

The new Intecno micro gearmotors series characteristics:
- Coaxial arrangement of the input and output
- Compact design
- Advantageous torque with minimum space requirements
- Low moments of inertia
- Suitable for continuous, reversing and intermittent operation
- Can be installed in any mounting position
Planetary gearboxes stand out for having a wide range of reduction ratios, It’s possible to obtain a total of 72 reduction ratios from i=3.7: 1 (1 stage) to i= 2076:1 (4 stages). Planetary gearboxes are lubricated with grease and are therefore maintenance-free.
This product can be personalized due to the possibility of using metal, plastic or material mix versions. The LN (low noise) version is also available: It significantly lowers the gearbox noise.
The distinguishing features of D.C. motors in general are their high start torque as well as a torque/speed ratio suitable for high work loads. Another important characteristic of the D.C. motor is its density.
Features:
- Magnetic field generated by permanent magnets
- Available in 5 sizes: diameter 35,42, 52, 65, 80 mm
- Low voltage power supply, 12 or 24 Vdc
- Power ratings available from 8 to 140 W S2
Intecno micro gearmotors are perfect for many applications, in any sector where both small dimensions and good performances are required. These characteristics are important in the medical sector, robotics and also in electric vehicles. Other important fields are shutters for windows/doors where the movement required can be obtained by Intecno’s small DC motors and planetary gears. Options such as a bearing mounted input shafts and DC motor controls are also available to complete the product.

MODEL SERIES - DC42/ DC52
PMDC GEARED MOTOR
Design - Motor DC42/DC52 is a heavy duty carbon brush DC motor which is used in combination with GBW gearhead only. Gearhead GBW contains heavily loaded steel gear wheels. The spur gears are fixed on steel spindles which are hardened and polished to a mirror finish & rotate in sintered bushings. The thick output shaft rotates in robust sintered bushings. All the gears are housed in between metal plates & closed by plastic dust cover. All bearings are permanently lubricated and therefore require no maintenance. Linear drive also possible on request.

High quality 3 pole 12mm ferrite motor with a spur gear open gearbox, steel geartrain and sintered bronze bearings. The double shaft unit features an ungeared extended shaft protruding from the motor case. This is suitable for mounting encoders or other drive components for feedback control or actuation. Used by modellers for animating static displays, robotics enthusiasts, and industrial actuators (e.g. locking mechanisms). Originally designed for focusing rings on professional video cameras.

GM Series
GM12
10mm x 12mm 6V or 12V DC gearmotor, available in five gear reduction ratios. 30:1, 63:1, 100:1, 210:1 and 298:1
|
|
|
High precision planetary (epicyclic) gearbox coupled to a 3 pole 12mm ferrite motor. The unit features a lightweight injection-moulded gearbox assembly and is manufactured to an extremely high quality. The unit was developed for generating the accurate motion required in miniature desktop printers. The planetary geared motor has a unique cross-shaped output shaft which is ideal for zero slip transmission.

MODEL SERIES - DC32
PMDC GEARED MOTOR
Design - Motor DC32 is a carbon brush DC motor which is used in combination with many Mech Tex gearheads. The standard gearheads used in conjunction with this motor are GB2, GB5P, GB5H, GB38OCP, GB3, GB4, GB7,GB8 & GBW. Depending on the application, output speed, load applied, etc. the type of gearhead can be selected. Various types of gears i.e. poly acetal, sintered iron, brass or
steel gears can be used based on the requirement. Poly acetal or sintered gears damp the noise. Case hardened steel gears are always on the output for load considerations. Complete poly acetal gears are used when the output torque
required is low. Linear drive is possible with gearhead GB4,GB7,GBW with M6 x 1
mm pitch screw. The linear guide & screw arrangement can be done only on special request.
