connectors of the LB and LB-L series.
LV Series connectors exceed the requirements of standard
EN 1175-1 and meet all current demands of manufacturers
and users of modern battery-powered machines and
systems, such as materials handling and lifting vehicles,
vehicle batteries, battery chargers, and backup systems
of uninterruptible power supplies.
The charging connectors are also available with the
option, as patented by Schaltbau, for batteries featuring a
commercial electrolyte circulation system.
Used with your products, our charging connectors ensure
the highest reliability and safety in any application under
harsh environmental conditions. Resistant to shock and
vibration as well as to the effects of dust, most acids,

Series-MC represents our latest generation of multi-pin High Voltage Connectors. Substantially reduced in size and weight these HV-Connectors withstand operating voltages up to 10 kV DC / 13 A. Both sides of the connection can be configured as plug or socket while cable side is equipped with an EMC-gland bushing for sealing and screen-connection.

A full range of quality mains rated inlets, outlets and connectors conforming to IEC and EN 60320 specifications carrying UL, CSA, VDE and other approvals. With electrical ratings up to 20A, 250V (UL) these connector ranges offer solutions to most mains powered equipment and cable applications. The new SPeX connector, is an EX power connector (1000 V, 680 A) with ‘e’ increased safety enables the user to connect and disconnect heavy duty equipment simply and safely.
Designed for use in hazardous areas the SPeX is ATEX 94/9/CE approved for zones 1 & 2 (gas) and zones 21 & 22 (dust). It offers automatic IP66/IP67 ingress protection rating as soon as the plug is inserted into the socket. Electromechanical interlocking is provided via a microswitch (which opens and closes all phases simultaneously) to protect the user and to prevent electrical destabilisation of equipment.
The casing is manufactured in glassfibre-reinforced polyester which affords excellent mechanical protection (IK08) and resistance to UV and chemical agents.
Typical applications include mobile gensets, ship-to-shore supplies, mines, offshore platforms etc.
The incorrect mating of phases is mechanically impossible. Furthermore colour-coding enables a visual check.
