With over 26,000 combinations Bulgin’s Polysnap mains power inlet modules offer a very adaptable and flexible solution to panel design.
Polysnap allow combinations of mains inlets and outlets, filtered inlets, switches, fuseholders, voltage selectors, indicators and circuit breakers mounted in either horizontal or vertical format bezels ready for quick snap-fit assembly. The compact design occupies the minimum of panel area and a single rectangular mounting hole, offering easy installation for this mains power entry module.
To complement Polysnap the Polyflange range offers a flange fixing alternative for designers who prefer the security of screw fixing.

A full range of quality mains rated inlets, outlets and connectors conforming to IEC and EN 60320 specifications carrying UL, CSA, VDE and other approvals. With electrical ratings up to 20A, 250V (UL) these connector ranges offer solutions to most mains powered equipment and cable applications. The combinations of mounting styles and terminations include: flange fixing, snap to panel and PCB mounting versions together with 2.8/solder tabs, 4.8 and 6.3 faston tabs, screw terminal and PC spill versions. Halogen Free Bayonet Lock Connector
ABCIRH - Halogen Free Bayonet Lock ConnectorABCIRH Series. The AB Connectors Industrial Range is a development based on the ABB MS Series.
To minimise wear caused by vibration and frequent coupling, the bayonet lock coupling method features stainless steel pins at the critical wear points on the cam track of the fixed connector. The connectors are supplied with low fire hazard halogen free insulators as standard. This material has been independently tested to the most stringent requirements.

This series of water-resistant connectors can be successfully applied in applications where moisture, high humidity, water and dust are present. The single-pin High Voltage Connectors of Series-S are designed for operating voltages up to 40 kV DC / 25 A. Some types contain mounting plates in order to facilitate installation and structuring. Furthermore the connection of a shield is possible.

One or more leading contacts can be assigned to execute a starting sequence, an earth connection or confirm a safety loop.

Series-MC represents our latest generation of multi-pin High Voltage Connectors. Substantially reduced in size and weight these HV-Connectors withstand operating voltages up to 10 kV DC / 13 A. They can be equipped with up to 5 contacts. Contacts can be crimped or soldered and are suitable for diverse cable diameters. Both sides of the connection can be configured as plug or socket while cable side is equipped with an EMC-gland bushing for sealing and screen-connection.
Type SB MC 520 has extended and heat resistant PTFE insulation sleeves and is the latest design of this series. The connection can handle an operating voltage of up to 20 kV DC / 13 A and is also suitable for applications with pulsed high voltage.

Marechal Electric multicontact plugs and socket-outlets are used to signal and control purposes. They convey information (power) and signals (low voltage). Automatically watertight IP66/IP67, their metal casings guarantee an excellente resistance to shocks, corrosion and high temperatures: from -25 °C to +40 °C.

The new SPeX connector, is an EX power connector (1000 V, 680 A) with ‘e’ increased safety enables the user to connect and disconnect heavy duty equipment simply and safely.
Designed for use in hazardous areas the SPeX is ATEX 94/9/CE approved for zones 1 & 2 (gas) and zones 21 & 22 (dust). It offers automatic IP66/IP67 ingress protection rating as soon as the plug is inserted into the socket. Electromechanical interlocking is provided via a microswitch (which opens and closes all phases simultaneously) to protect the user and to prevent electrical destabilisation of equipment.
The casing is manufactured in glassfibre-reinforced polyester which affords excellent mechanical protection (IK08) and resistance to UV and chemical agents.
Typical applications include mobile gensets, ship-to-shore supplies, mines, offshore platforms etc.
The incorrect mating of phases is mechanically impossible. Furthermore colour-coding enables a visual check.

Winchester Electronics' new 47-position CompactPCI® Power Connectors are designed to the requirements of PICMG® Power Interface Specification 2.11 R1.0 for use in connecting CompactPCI pluggable power supplies to backplanes in subrack equipment based on IEEE 1101.1, IEEE 1101.10, and VITA 30 packaging specifications.
The PICMG Power Interface Specification recommends using 47-position power connectors in all new CompactPCI system designs, superceding prior practices incorporating either similar looking 38-position connectors or DIN 24+8 Type-M power connectors.
Typical CompactPCI system packaging requires right-angle male connectors to be mounted onto daughtercards (free boards) and vertical female socket connectors to be mounted onto backplanes (fixed boards.) Systems containing 3U power supplies utilize one mated pair, while systems containing 6U power supplies use two mated connector pairs.
The 47-position CompactPCI Power Connector provides both versatility and performance through its combination of DC and AC power contacts.
