Brushless DC Servomotors has very low cogging torque to meet the industrial requirement. They are designed with NdFeB magnets. They can have high power and torque density, and small size structure. Without the mechanical communication, motor speed can be over 10,000RPM. Wide speed range, low rotor inertia, low EMI, no brush maintenance, no brush dust are Brushless DC Servomotor benefits. It is the best selection to improve your products.
1. Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) rotor design to avoid the surface mount magnets disadvantaged.
2. Patented rotor structure to have super low cogging torque performance for IPM servomotor.
3. No skewed slot on stator and rotor, it can increase reliabilities and reduce product costs.
4. Energy efficiency motor adopts the high magnetic energy permanent magnet NdFeB to have high power and torque density, and small size structure.
5. Electrical commutation can perform low noise, low EMI and no brush maintenance.
6. Lower rotor inertia and good heat dissipation, windings of Brushless DC servomotors are in the stator. In a brush-type motor, the winding is in the rotor.
7. Power and torque density are much higher than the conventional motors.
8. Without mechanical commutation, motor speed can be over 10,000 rpm.
9. The innovating structure has an excellent feature in energy saving during heavy-load operation, and high torque at low speed driving. The high efficiency range is much wider than conventional motors.
10. Standard Servo motors are built with NTC thermistor for motor temperature feedback.

Danaher's family of DC motors offers an extremely wide variety of size and package types. From frameless pancake motors to high acceleration housed/shafted motors, Danaher offers the most complete range of high performance motors available today.
Pacific Scientific PMDC motors offer rugged, quality construction providing dependable operation. A well deserved reputation for value, these motors are backed by a two-year warranty.
Kollmorgen ServoDisc™ Brush Motors differ from conventional DC servomotors in their unique slotless disc armature design. This enables them to deliver a concentrated level of performance, in both incremental motion and continuous speed that is not attainable with conventional ironcore motor designs.
Direct Drive DC Torque Motors are particularly suited for servo system applications where it is desirable to minimize size, weight, power and response time, and to maximize rate and position accuracies.

PANdrive PD-163-42
Description
42mm BLDC motor with integrated controller/driver
The PD-163-42 is a full mechatronic solution including a 42mm brushless DC motor (NEMA17). It combines a convenient BLDC controller/driver electronic (TMCM-163-42) with a range of different motor types with internal HALL sensors. The PD-163-42 offers two motor torque options and can be controlled via RS232 or RS485 interface. The power supply is connected via flat connectors and the interface and the multi-purpose I/Os can be connected via high density JST connectors. It integrates a position regulator and a ramp generator. The integrated ramp generator provides for parameterized smooth positioning and supports an external switch as an absolute position reference.

Conventional DC motors use a stationary magnet with a rotating armature combining the commutation segments and brushes to provide automatic commutation. In comparison, the brushless DC motor is a reversed design: the permanent magnet is rotating whereas the windings are part of the stator and can be energized without requiring a commutator-and-brush system. Therefore this motor type achieves very long, trouble-free life even while operating at very high speeds.
Key Attributes:
- Frame sizes range from 12.7 mm (0.5 in.) to 58 mm (2.3 in.)
- Speeds up to 100 000 rpm
- Torque range of 3.3 mNm (0.32 oz. in.) to 316 mNm (44.7 oz. in.)
- Speed, direction, current control option are available
- Autoclavable features available
- Versions without hall sensor
- Versions with hall effect sensors
Characteristics:
- Essentially Linear torque/speed curve, with torque proportional to current and speed proportional to voltage
- No mechanical commutation via brushes
- Improved heat dissipation
- No detent torque
- Tipically used in application with variations of speed or load
- Typically used in incremental motion
Advantages:
- Ease of speed and position control
- Very long life, high reliability, insensitive to environment (no arcing), motor is dust free with reduced audible and electrical noise levels
- Overload capability
- Excellent velocity smoothness
- Very simple commutation circuitry
- Very precise speed and position control

We are pleased to introduce the new BLDC brushless micro gearmotors. This new series completes Intecnos range of DC micro gearmotors and offers ideal solutions for sectors such as industrial automation, automatic doors and windows, vending and many others.
The BLDC motors from the BL series are available in 3 sizes (torque from 0,05 Nm to 0,43 Nm) and they can be supplied with an integrated (IE version) or external drive. They are compact and low-cost being equipped with Hall sensors. These motors have a low voltage 24V, which optmises safety in the workplace, particularly in applications where the worker can be in direct contact with the motor.
To complete the gearmotor, we would use the reliable micro planetary gearbox from our standard series.
Gearmotors made up of BL motors and LN (low noise) gearboxes are particularly suitable for applications in the medical field and for applications that require a controlled movement.
