K1BL
High-speed hole EDM by Sodick for micro-holes of 0.08 mm diameter
The K1BL is an easy-to-use micro-hole EDM machine for hole diameters up to 0.08 mm.
Its strengths lie in the machining of steels, nonferrous metals, and other difficult materials. With a linear drive for the z axis, it operates with vibration-free precision and high dynamic response in the drilling of holes between 0.08 and 0.25 mm in diameter.
Highly responsive linear motors secure continuous and high precision drilling of very small holes down to the use of 80 micron electrodes. The machinining scope of K1BL, equipped with a Sodick linear motor on the main (Z axis) completes the range. In addition the high response of the linear motor increases the machining speed and reduces the electrode wear significantly.

Best-seller machine for drilling small holes
Drilling hardened hard materials to non-metal materials such as aluminum within seconds
Using Sodick’s original water-soluble dielectric fluid VITOL-KS developed for high-speed drilling, K1C drills holes with pipe electrodes Φ0.25 to 3.0 mmwithin a matter of seconds. The machine is capable of drilling a wide variety of materials from difficult-to-cut materials to aluminum and other non-metal materials (material: SKD11, thickness: 20 mm, electrode diameter: Φ0.8 mm, drilling time: 20 sec.).

The AF_10 is a machining centre designed to cut to the utmost the time you have to dedicate to reinforcement fastening operations.
Because it features a loading roller conveyor and an unloading magazine, the bars are stored at exit. Once the profile has been inserted, movement, machining and unloading are all automatic. This way, the operator in charge of welding can take up the bars four at a time, thus cutting times down to the minimum. Or else the operator can dedicate him/herself with greater continuity to other operations required for the preparation of the welding bar.
The AF_10 offers various machining options: it permits having two screw pitch values and two distance values for the first screw from the outer point of the profile (tip of corner in case of 45° cuts, or outer point in case of 90° cuts for the crosspieces). What is more, it also carries out another operation of primary importance (selectable): because it has a lower motor, it drills frames for wall mounting preparation (or other jobs to be verified).
Finally, this is a machining centre which we recommend if you wish to increase the productivity of both a medium-sized workshop or an industrial workshop (in this latter case together with other machining centre and/or cutting/machining units)

The I.4F is an electro-pneumatic milling machinewith a vertical axis, fitted with a revolving head, equipped with four cutter-holding shafts.
This model allows you to fit four different cutting units with the relevant stops, and to use each time the required unit simply by turning the cutter-support head.
It is also supplied with orienting gripper to obtain cutting at 45° or intermediate angles.
The wide range of extra fittings allows very quick changes in working, saving time wastage caused by errors in setting up, by avoiding disassembly and assembly, with considerable increase in productivity.

VP Marking, punching, drilling and shearing line for angle sections
VP range: VP 150 VP 160 VP 180 VP 200 VP 206 S VP250 - D
VP machines cover all machining operations: marking, punching, drilling and shearing.
The high-pressure system (400 bars) reduces production times and currently makes it possible to attain production rates of more than 1,000 operations per hour. Punching machines incorporate NC backmarking. The number (2 to 6) of punching units and the related power (50 to 93 tons) vary according to the size of the angle sections to work and the number of different diameters in each flange. The single-cut type shear (from 160 to 500 tons) prevents loss of metal and distortion. Blades do not need to be changed.
Highly appreciated by manufacturers of transmission towers and electrical steel towers, the automatic VP marking, punching, drilling, shearing lines for angle sections are controlled by a single operator. Reliable and designed for highest productivity, various types of works may be programmed.

MDS and KDS Drills meet the industry demand for effective and efficient driling of steels, cast irons and exotic materials. Available in large to very small diameters, they offer excellent productivity and about 10 times the tool life of HSS drills.
• Increased strength - A thicker web and narrower flute increase torsional rigidity throughout the drill body, reducing oversizing and improving surface finish.
• Lower cutting forces - Positive radial rake angles significantly reduce cutting force, torque and power requirements.
• Better chip removal - The cutting edge geometry, formed by the concaved cutting edge and flute wall produces short, curled chips which are easily evacuted.
• Advanced tool materials - A titanium substrate increases tool strength, while PVD coating improves wear, adhesion-resistance and cutting forces.

The MDSS "Long Multi Drill" is special designed for deep hole drilling e.g. for crankshaft machining. Cutting temperature, chip removement, strength and geometry of the drill and so called minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) have big influence to cutting process. Especially this MQL enables this carbide twisted drill to make deep hole drilling, whose L/D is more than 15, as short chips are generated by MQL. Our Long Multi Drill has a ZX coated chip generating area and a new designed chip removal area.

Landis Reamer Program
Landis Reamers for reaming, chamfering, and facing come in four basic styles - solid, detachable blade, insert blade and composite. The style supplied will depend upon the operation to be performed and the type of Landis die head in which it will be used. They can be identified by a symbol number stamped or etched on one of the flutes of the solid and composite reamers and on each one of the blades of detachable and insert blade-type reamers.
