Our company is specialized in design and construction of NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINING CENTRES 3, 4, 5 axis for cutting and machining soft materials (aluminium, composites, plastic, wood).
Ranges of application are extremely different (aeronautics, automobil and plastic industries, appearance cover, houseold furniture, naval construction, shaping, molds and patterns...).
Our range represents single and multispindle machines with and without automatic tool changers.
Standard capacities from 2000 mm x 1000 mm to 40 metres x 6 metres.
Machines are designed with :
- moving gantry and fixed table for long products,
- fixed gantry and one moving table for smaller components and two moving tables for higher productivity.
- overhead moving gantry.
High velocity movements due to brushless or linear motors combined with high speed spindles allow increased productivity. The installation of an automatic Tool Changer or multi-spindles also allows the regrouping of different operations within the same machining area.

PHANTOMATIC T3 A
CNC machining centre with three controlled axes, designed for machining operations on bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel up to 3 mm thick. It is provided with a 4-place tool magazine, with provision for containing 2 angle machining heads and a side milling cutter, for machining operations on the 5 faces of the workpiece. Description
The S33APC vertical machining center utilizes a 40 taper, 13,000-rpm spindle with the stiffness and rigidity required for hard cutting applications and the speed necessary to provide high surface quality for demanding die and mold applications. Heavy cast construction and an axis configuration with no overhangs ensures high machine rigidity, resulting in outstanding accuracy over the full range of travel. The Univers 4000, at the entry level of the Unisign range of vertical machining centres, is a very flexible and reliable vertical machining centre which offers powerful and accurate machining at a very competitive price. Typical features are the extended Y- and Z-axis of respectively 600 and 500 mm and the upgraded spindle of 26 kW (S1-100%) and 12.000 rpm.
The Univers 6 has gained the reputation of an extremely flexible and reliable machining platform that, due to its flexible design, has found numerous applications throughout the metalworking industry. The vertical clamping front, which has become a trademark for the UNIVERS machines, enables the integration of very specific features such as customer specific fixtures, horizontal and/or vertical rotary tables as A-, B- or C-axis, etc. The right angular head with automatic tool change offers multi-sided machining capabilities.
