ENCAPSULATED COILS
These coils have a natural application in the field of solenoid valves for the most varied sectors.
The range is composed of numerous types, with different dimensions, powers, materials and electrical connections. The standard versions and the availability of developing new ones, allow optimum solutions for even the most complicated demands.
LINEAR SOLENOIDS
These solenoids are used in the most varied industrial applications where there are demands for linear actuations.
They are available with galvanised steel body or with encapsulated coils, allow an high number of hourly operations and guarantee an extremely long life cycle.
HOLDING SOLENOIDS
The holding solenoids, designed to operate in DC, are characterised by a rugged body in galvanised steel.
The range allows for external diameters from 19mm to 70mm. Holding force goes up to 1.300N. This feature is even more relevant considering the possibility of continually operating at ED100%.
LOCKING SOLENOIDS
DELTA production is aimed at constructive choices for both simplicity and robustness, guaranteeing maximum reliability and efficiency. They are available in three different sizes, all have a built-in return spring and are produced with encapsulated coils or with stainless steel body.

BEI Voice Coil Actuators are ideally suited for such demanding Applications as semiconductor equipment, defense systems and life-sustaining medical systems, BEI Kimco Magnetics Voice Coil Actuators are directdrive, hysteresis-free, cog-free devices offering high-acceleration and “clean” technology. They deliver infinite position sensitivity, limited only by resolution of the feedback device. These units exhibit perfectly smooth force-versus stroke characteristics. New packaging and miniaturization capabilities offer the designer added flexibility without compromise. Units can be packaged for integrated assemblies including encoder, motor, switch or other functions to streamline operations and cost.

DC Electromagnets
Pick-up Electromagnets
This kind of electromagnets are activated only by electrical current.
They are used for intensive no-limit manoeuvring and permanent use. Its main feature is the great retention power with a moderate power consumption.
These electromagnets are used in industrial robotics for positioning pieces, in the maintenance of fire doors, ventilation and general security.
Circular Permanent Pick-up Electromagnets
An electromagnet is a device aimed at transforming electrical energy into mechanical energy. Direct current electromagnets are made with ferrous alloy and work at 24V. Its functioning is simple: when current is activated, a magnetic field is generated and is concentrated in the steel body, permitting any type of subjection. This kind of electromagnets are activated only when contact with the metallic piece is produced.

DICTATOR provides complete hold open systems for hazardous areas
They comprise explosion-proof smoke and heat detectors, door operators and the electromagnets. They comply with the requirements for group II products and can be installed in all zone 1 and 2 areas (according to VDE 0165). The explosion proof magnets are encapsulated (EEX m). Two series are available: with ex-proof connection box or with connection cable. The standard length of the cable is 2 m, but it can be delivered in the length required on site. The holding force of the magnets is either 550 N or 145N. The integrated release pin eliminates any remanence after switching off the power supply of the magnets, ensuring that the magnets always releases the door. All ex-proof magnets are equipped with diodes and polarity protection.
The DICTATOR ex-proof magnets have been tested both according to EN 1155:2005 for hold-open systems and the ATEX directive by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Braunschweig (certificates PTB 03 ATEX 2174 X and PTB 03 ATEX N060).
In addition to the ex-proof magnets DICTATOR also provides a large range of electromagnets for hold-open systems, that comply with the EN 1155:2005 and are approved for the use in hold-open systems. |

DC single direction linear solenoids are the universal, inexpensive
answer for precision engineering and industrial applications as
well as for locking/latching requirements.
They can be installed in any position. Push or pull actuation is
possible. However, the force transfer should be in the axial direction
only; lateral loads increase the wear on the bearings.
Specifications with or without return spring possible. Optionally monostable or bistable operation method possible.

Standard duty cycle: 100 %
Stroke length: 3 - 30 mm |
