PAX Family of Precision-Aligned Xenon Lightsources
NEW The PAX Family of Precision Aligned Xenon Light Sources offers a compact design that integrates the flash lamp, trigger circuit, and power supply in an EMI suppressant enclosure.
The members of the PAX Family - the PAX-10TM (10 Watts) and the PAX-6TM (6 Watts) – each feature a pre-aligned arc position precisely located relative to a datum feature on the mounting surface of the case. This pre-aligned arc position allows for “plug and play” field replacement, eliminating alignment time and reducing OEMs’ costs and machine down time.
The PAX Family utilizes PerkinElmer’s reliable short arc pulsed Xenon flashlamp technology which delivers high radiant intensity over a continuous spectrum from the ultraviolet to the infrared and provides a long life rating of over a billion flashes.
The PAX Family is the ideal pulsed Xenon light source for clinical diagnostics, invitro diagnostics, life sciences, drug discovery, proteomics, and analytical instrumentation applications.

APL - U.V.P (UV Curing Lamps)
U.V. Lamps are widely used for various industrial applications like curing of coatings on paper, board. We keep all type U.V. Curing and metal halide replacement lamps. Standard configuration lamps are available to a wide range of machines.
We are able to provide custom Lamps for 6mm to 3000mm with power ranging from 100 watt per inch 500 watt per inch. Also available are a wide selection of ceramic and metal connectors to custom to the needs of different users.

The AvaLight-CAL is a spectral calibration lamp. It emits all mercury and argon lines from 254 to well over 965 nm. The major lines and structures are shown on the bottom surface including their relative intensity.
With the standard SMA 905 connector the lamp can quickly be attached to optical fibers, and therefore lends itself to an easy wavelength calibration of fiber optic spectrometer systems.
In the AvaSoft software an automatic recalibration option is included. The AvaLight-CAL can also be delivered in a rackmounted version, to be fully integrated in the 19” rackmount or 9.5” desktop housing.
A PS-12V/1.0A 12VDC power adapter should be ordered with the unit.

The PX-2 Pulsed Xenon Lamp is a high flash rate, short-arc xenon lamp for the UV (220-750 nm), for applications requiring absorbance, reflection, fluorescence and phosphorescence measurements, and especially for measuring optically or thermally labile samples.
The PX-2 operates at speeds up to 220 Hz, offers excellent pulse-to-pulse stability, and has two trigger modes for software control of the flash rate.

The AvaLight-DH-S is a combined Deuterium and halogen light source, which can be used for UV/VIS/NIR applications. The AvaLight-DH-S has a SMA905 connector to be used with fiber optic cables and bundles. For optimal coupling an adjustable focus lens assembly is included. The light source supplies a continuous spectrum with high efficiency and highest stability in the UV, visible and near-infrared range from 215-2000 nm.
The Avalight-DH-S was developed based on the shine-through principle, in which the halogen light is focused through a small diameter aperture in the deuterium bulb.
For UV only applications the AvaLight-D-S source (only Deuterium) is available.
The standard AvaLight-D(H)-S light sources have a special UV longpass filter (>220nm) implemented to protect the fibers from solarizing. For applications that require a spectral range below 220 nm a Deep UV bulb is available, in which no UV longpass filter is included. For these Deep-UV measurements (from 190nm) the AvaLight-D(H)-S-DUV may be ordered.
For all Deuterium Light Sources solarization resistant fibers (-SR) are recommended, for the DUV lamp special solarization resistant fibers (-SR) are required (see the fiber optic section of our website).

Integrated filter holder nose cone fits several 0.5" diameter disk filters for various applications (ask about U330-Filter options). Includes power adapter to provide 24 VDC from universal AC input power.

Fiberoptic Light Sources
This style lighting uses two parts: a light source to create the light and a light guide to carry it to the target. Light sources come in a variety of wattages and bulb styles depending upon the application.
The LSX50 uses a high intensity discharge metal-halide solarc lamp, which offers five times the light output per watt compared to halogen sources. This is the light source best suited for coupling fiber optic cables, as it efficiently launches light into small diamter fiber bundles. It has an ACMI adapter interface, light attenuator and power cord.

Blackbodies are reference sources used for testing infrared systems. They are required in industry for calibration of pyrometers, infrared line scanners or cameras.
In Defence, they are part of benches for characterisation of complex optronic systems. HGH offers a wide range of blackbodies to cover all Customers’ needs:

Bio-Fighter® Triad HO
The Triad HO installs in the heating and cooling system's ductwork and significantly reduces the amount of harmful pathogens such as molds, bacteria, yeasts, and viruses that can develop in these systems. Exposure to UV-C light at the effective level results in DNA destruction in susceptible micro-organisms. For maximum UV-C output, the Bio-Fighter® Triad HO is the product of choice.
The Triad HO features a stainless steel cover, UV-safe viewport, detachable power cord, easy bulb replacement, matched ballast and bulb, and limited lifetime warranty. The Triad HO also incorporates dual safety devices and has earned an ETL safety listing. The OAI stand-alone UV light source systems consist of a stand-alone light source, a constant intensity controller, and a shutter controller.
The Model 30 LS is a highly efficient light source intended for a variety of applications.Light is collected by an ellipsoidal reflector and focused on an integrating/condensing lens array to produce uniform illumination at the exposure plane. This UV light source is available in various beam sizes up to 16 inches and output spectrums from 220 nm to 450 nm. An appropriate lamp included. Output power ranges are from 200 watts to 5 kW.
