SIMCO offers a variety of charging bars and electrodes, depending on the specific applications and conditions. These bars are connected to a DC high-voltage generator. A strong, ion-saturated electrical field around the single polarity high voltage points forces the material to a reference earth. The material is charged by the ions. Being attracted by different polarities, the surfaces temporarily cling together. There are various methods of temporarily charging materials electrostatically, using a SIMCO Chargemaster system.

The Meech Model 915 Shockless AC Bar
The Meech Model 915 AC Bar has been designed to meet the most arduous of static elimination problems, including those encountered in high speed applications. The powerful performance of the Model 915 provides very fast decay times and effective ionisation up to distances of 150mm. It is shockless and is easily maintained. KDA 75 Anti Static Bar
H&O Anti-static bar high technology used in design can produce more efficient results for static electric problems even in high-speed applications. It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast discharging time. Anti-static bars separate air molecules to positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and transport them with their air apparatuses.
Any static charged product passed from the efficient distance of the bar will attract the opposite charged ions and neutralize the product. This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines. SIMCO anti-static bars generate an electrical field through a high voltage on a row of ionizing emitter points. This causes the air molecules in the vicinity of the bar to break down into positive and negative ions. Because opposite charges attract, any charged material passing near the bar will attract ions until the charge on the material is neutralized. The materials will no longer be attracted to each other or to the machine parts. Attraction of dust, explosion or fire hazards and electrical shocks to personnel caused by static discharge are avoided.

KDA 75 04 DC Charging Bar
H&O charging bars are used in applications in which the materials should be sticked to a place or each other. Many production steps require sticking of components or materials to each other. This sticking shouldn?t leave marks and damage surfaces of the products when the materials are seperated. High resistant materials such as paper and plastic can be bonded to conductive surfaces without using glue.
Electrostatic charging which is provided by ionization, is a charger system consists of a charging generator and a charging applier. Charging bars are designed to execute a specific charge. Their needles are resistively connected to high voltage so don?t cause sparks and provide a secure operation.
n case of a positive and negative polarity, the voltage of power supply should be adjusted. For static charge applications, charging bar is installed to a distance of 10-20mms. Connection channels placed in the back of charging bars provides an easy and safe installation with the plastic connection apparatus that has dimensions of M8x60. For proper operation, each static charged material should be neutralized with the most appropriate ionization system before they are bonded.

P-Sh-N-Ex
This anti-static bar is equipped with an integrated power unit, you do not need a high-voltage cable. This anti-static bar has been approved for use in certain hazardous environments (ATEX). The 5m long primary cable shall be connected to the mains voltage. A neon lamp can indicate that high voltage is present. Under certain conditions the P-Sh-N-Ex bar is capable of neutralizing the materials from a maximum distance of 200 mm.

The Meech Model 261 Flexi Nozzle is a small, lightweight ioniser with the discharge outlet extended by flexible knuckle trunking. The 261 Flexi Nozzle is designed for use with Meech Pulsed DC Controllers and is suitable for installation into machinery and equipment in both industrial and electronics environments. It is particularly suited to high speed applications such as sheet delivery systems. The addition of flexible knuckle trunking enables the system to deliver ionized air with accuracy into “difficult to reach” places, where conventional systems would be ineffective or impossible to install.

The Meech Model 942 Flexi Nozzle is a small, lightweight in-line ionizing air nozzle with the discharge outlet extended by flexible knuckle trunking. The 942 Flexi Nozzle is designed for use with low pressure compressed air lines and for applications requiring the removal of electrostatically attracted dust and/or static neutralization. It is particularly suited to applications on sheet feeder and delivery systems. The 942 Flexi Nozzle is connected to a suitable high voltage power supply (the Meech Model 905). The addition of flexible knuckle trunking enables the system to deliver ionized air with accuracy into "difficult to reach" places, where conventional systems would be ineffective or impossible to install.
