MACH-JET is a new cart design using revolutionary materials. This allows for easy mounting, provides storage areas and has an integrating air gun for quick powder cleaning. Its plastic design makes cleaning very easy.
MACH-JET is a very light gun, which integrates controls on the handle from where the operator can choose (with only one hand) from 4 preset characteristics of application. The powder flow can also be controlled from the handle. Three luminous diodes permit to the user to visualise the program in use. This is exclusively available only on MACH-JET.
A rotating connector below the handle makes the user’s movements easier, it protects the powder hose from pinching, the couplings are precise and fatigue is reduced. This special device allows a quick release for any maintenance operation.
MACH-JET is a very user-friendly control module that is very easy to work-with. The control setup permits work to be conducted immediately with the use of preset operator programs. The operator can adjust these preset programs if desired.
The whole module is integrated on the front part of the cart. It is mounted on an inclined plane so that the operator can have easy access to the readout.

At PPC, we use ion-beam sputtering (IBS) technology because IBS is a repeatable and controllable process that results in dense, durable, high-damage-threshold thin films. Since the materials are directly sputtered onto the substrate, the process can be precisely controlled and easily automated so that films can be deposited with extremely high accuracy and repeatability.
Unlike conventional evaporative and ion-assisted films that have porous microstructures, IBS films have extremely densely packed structures that make them impervious to water vapor, resulting in an insensitivity to changes in heat and humidity, even in a vacuum environment.

OptoSigma supplies a wide selection of optical thin film coatings. These coatings are often provided as part of the optical component but they may also be ordered separately to be applied to an uncoated element. For example, it is possible to apply an Anti-Reflection coating to any uncoated lenses, windows or optical fibers. Also reflecting coatings may be applied to uncoated substrates to form mirrors or partial reflectors. To make this process simple we have listed some of our most common standard coatings. Thin film coating is a vacuum deposition procedure used to enhance the transmissive properties of an optical surface. The most common types of dielectric coatings are anti-reflection and high reflection coatings, but beam-splitter, band pass filter, edge filter, and polarizing coatings are also available. Because thin film coatings are more durable than optical glass, coatings also help protect an optic surface from scratches and the environment.
Optimax produces optics up to 300mm in diameter with a wide variety of narrow and broadband anti-reflection coatings including doublet interface coatings. Both metal and dielectric mirror coatings are also available. For custom coatings, we utilize TFCalc thin film design software. Please see the reverse side for sample reflectance curves.
Optimax performs test runs of all coatings before beginning production to ensure a good design. We use a Perkin-Elmer Lambda 900 Spectrophotometer to check the performance of the coating upon completion. Adhesion, abrasion, and humidity tests are available to verify coating durability in accordance with sections of MIL-C-675C, MIL-C-48497A, and MIL-C-13508C specifications. Laser damage testing is also available upon customer request.

Used for deposition of mono- and multilayer optical coatings, they are effective in ultraviolet, visible and infrared spectral regions. Halides, fluorides in particular, is the most early class of film-forming materials, used as one of the first as thin-film dielectric antireflecting coatings in optics.

Microhardness tester FISCHERSCOPE HM2000 and PICODENTOR HM500
These instruments have been developed according to the latest research results ad are particularly well suited for the following areas of application:
Hard material coatings in general, ultra-thin DLC coatings, dirt-repellent coatings (e.g., sol-gel coatings), coatings for PC hard disks and CDs, very thin lacquer coatings, ion-implanted surfaces, nanocoatings for sensors, implants used in the field of medical technology, matrix effects in alloys, biological materials, ceramic materials.
The design of the micro-hardness instrument combined with the superior evaluation electronics and software allows for a very favorable price/performance ratio. The resolution for applying the test load is about 100 nanonewton and for measuring the indentation depth about 40 picometer.
The maximum test load of the HM500 instrument is 500 mN at a maximum indentation depth of 150 µm. The closed measuring chamber and the active anti-vibration table ensure very accurate measurements with an excellent repeatability precision.

Now you can stop the waste and take control of your powder coating operation with Nordsons iControl integrated control system, featuring closed loop digital flow control, automatic gun triggering and reciprocator control.
Traditional open loop controls lack repeatability and don't compensate for incoming air pressure changes at the powder pump. With closed loop flow control, like iControl, changes in compressed air input are measured and converted in to digital signals, then sent to a proportional valve.
This valve then compensates for varying pressure by changing the airflow to the pump accordingly - resulting in repeatable powder output from the gun and uniform film build on the part beng sprayed.
The technology provides digital control of all application parameters and gun movers through a single, user-friendly operator interface.
