LCR's Single Phase Industrial EMI filters (RFI filters, EMC filters) attenuate electrical noise generated from industrial, telecommunication, commercial, military and medical electrical and electronic equipment. These EMI filters attenuate mains-borne electromagnetic interference from 100 kHz upwards to very high frequencies.
LCR Electronics designs, develops and manufacturers a complete range of Aerospace / Military EMI Filters (RFI Filters, EMC Filters) to help its customers meet MIL-STD-461 (MIL-461), RTCA-DO160 and others EMC requirements. These include standard off-the-shelf EMI filters as well as project-specific, specification driven and build-to-print Military EMI filters and suppression components.
LCR offers a broad range of standard off the shelf Power Entry Filters and Filtered Power Entry Modules. In addition, LCR also offers standard off the shelf Power Line Filters (Power Inlet Filters). All of these EMI filters are available in both general purpose and low leakage current medical versions.

LCR's 3 Phase EMI filters (RFI filters, EMC filters) are typically used in Power Electronic products. These EMI filters attenuate mains-borne EMI generated back into the power line. LCR's 3 phase EMI filters also protect sensitive electronics and make them less susceptible to surges, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other harmful voltage and current surges. Typical applications for these EMI filters (RFI filters, EMC filters) are in three-phase industrial drives, controllers, frequency converters and industrial machine tools.

Application
Filters are used to suppress circuit-bound interferences in AC power lines.
Interference pulses or interference voltages are dampened independently from their point of origin. To improve the filter effect they are designed with more stages, furthermore these filters have a high insertion loss on a broad frequency range.
Functional principle
The filters are connected between the AC voltage supply and the consumer, which is susceptible to interference. Because of the combination of chokes and film capacitors of the classes “X” and “Y” an effective suppression on a wide frequency range is achieved.
