SILAIR is a panel for electromagnetic protection and screening for ventilation, heating ducts, lighting apertures…
The metal honeycomb cells of SILAIR use the waveguide principle which provides excellent attenuation but a minimal loss of pressure.
It allows air to circulate while ensuring the electrical screening of the aperture.
The outer frame enables the SILAIR panel to be fixed to its support. In certain cases a conductive gasket is recommended between the frame and its support.

StreamShield™ Commercial EMI Vents

Low cost StreamShield vent panels provide high levels of EMI shielding in applications such as computer network and wireless infrastructure cabinets. These vent panels feature aluminum honeycomb within rolled aluminum frames. The result is a lightweight, high airflow solution for enclosures requiring both cooling and high levels (50 dB at 10 GHz) of shielding. An optional intumescent coating provides fire barrier properties. On exposure to flame or heat at 300°F (149°C) the coating expands rapidly to fill the honeycomb cells and prevent flame passage. Standard panels feature 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) honeycomb cells, 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) thick. Complete frame/honeycomb assemblies are chromate conversion coated.
SLIMVENT™ Thin Profile EMI Vents
Chomerics' SLIMVENT™ air ventilation panels provide 90 dB attenuation at 1 MHz to 50 dB at 10 GHz. The panels are made from expanded aluminum or monel (nickel-copper) foil, secured in an extruded aluminum frame only 0.187 inch (4.75 mm) thick. This narrow profile is ideal for accommodating critical space limitations at air intake and exhaust ports. The frame has an integral wire mesh gasket for EMI shielding at the mounting interface. SLIMVENT air panels are fabricated to customer specifications.
CHO-ITO™ - ITO Coated Conductive Windows
Chomerics offers a range of EMI shielded windows with ITO conductive coatings for use in EMI/RFI shielding applications. The combination of high visible light transmission, near neutral color and low electrical resistance make an ideal EMI/RFI shield for electronic displays requiring moderate shielding effectiveness and high quality optical properties. CHO-ITO™ is a cost effective alternative to a mesh laminated window.

Chomerics WIN-SHIELD windows are performance-tested glass and plastic assemblies for displays requiring EMI radiation or susceptibility shielding. They provide highly effective EMI shielding and exceptional optical clarity. Windows can be produced in glass, plastic, or combinations of both. Shielding is provided by wire mesh or by deposited conductive coatings. Chomerics' prototype-to-production service includes an extensive line of spectrally matched filters to meet stringent contrast enhancement performance requirements for both flat and curved configurations.

ATI Dual Stack Ventilation panel is a high level EMI shielded air filter with superior performance. Extruded aluminum profiles surround dual layers of ¼-inch honeycomb and welded in place. Both honeycomb layers are positioned 90 degrees to each other, optimizing shielding effectiveness and minimizing the polarization characteristics of straight aluminum honeycomb. Alco-Multi Gasket, a combination of neoprene sponge and monel mesh or Alco-Knit, is installed on the panel. Hole locations are customized for easy surface mount installation with standard 8-32 rivnuts or .203 diameter holes. Plating options enhance shielding effectiveness.

Brass or steel extrusions are customized to surround brass or steel honeycomb and welded in place. Continuous flow soldering provides enhanced contact between the honeycomb and frame improving integrity. Alco Multi-Gasket, a combination of neoprene sponge and monel mesh fit, most applications although Alco-Knit or conductive gaskets are available. Standard through holes and spacing for surface mounting installation is customized. Vents without gasketing can be welded in place. Brass vents are typically finished with tin lead plating. Steel vents are commonly finished with tin plating. Other plating options available. Ideal for mobile military transportation, communication shelters or equipment where EMP or TEMPEST is required.

Shake-out grids are machines using predominantly vertical vibration to separate castings and sand / sand lumps. They are predominantly used for large piece weights and low quantities.
The material is charged by crane. After the process the de-sanded castings are removed by crane. With this facility the sand shaken out is recycled in a downstream treatment plant and returned.

Grid magnet for bulk materials
Permanently magnetic grid magnets can be supplied in circular, rectangular or square format and are therefore universally applicable. Ferrous particles are filtered out from bulk material as they pass through the magnetic grid.

Magnetic separator for conveying lines.
The PneuMag is a high intensity magnetic separator designed to remove ferrous and stainless steel scrapings from pneumatic conveying lines operating at up to 25m/s.
It features a centrally positioned high intensity magnetic grid with quick release toggle clamps, tamper proof cover plate and totally stainless steel construction.
The PneuMag is particularly suited to flour, sugar and other powder and granulate processing.

As all the WOLFANGEL plants, the mat impregnating plants are robust in construction. They are particularly suitable for big surface GRP parts, e.g. parts for hulls, for swimming pools or in container construction. This plant can also be used as impregnating bath supply for winding plants. Resin and catalyst are pumped by piston pumps that are connected to each other via a dosing lever so that the dosing between resin and catalyst is always exact, independent of the delivery speed of the pumps. The standard capacity is 7 kg per minute. Of course, the output can be increased even more by the installation of respective pumps so that the processing with several mat impregnating lances is possible.
After use, the remaining material is pressed out of the tool by air pressure. The flushing is effected by means of an air/acetone mixture.
