• Outdoor cabinet of stainless steel Aisi 304 (En 14301), robust, developed and devised for use outdoors, monobloc structure, with embedded door of 2mm, triple action vandalproof rotating handle and officially approved water repellent seal tight joint, Ce, UL.
• Our outdoor cabinet, with its design, finish and seal tightness, is specially suited to urban equipment (public lighting, auxiliary railway line services), and to reliably house the protection of electrical and electronic equipment in the railway sector, urban cabinets and telecommunications (ICT), TV, RDSI, RT, TB, TLCA.
• The monobloc design of the outdoor cabinet allows IP 65 seal tightness and IK10 maximum possible resistance. A self-ventilating overhead cover and optional base can be included. With high resistance in the embedded doors, it is designed to be fully vandalproof.
• Our outdoor cabinet replaces concrete cabinets which are heavy, cumbersome and offer a lower level of seal tightness.

With our outdoor enclosures we construct cabinet systems, which have been weather tested and are extremely stable. The electronic components used outdoors are optimally protected from wind, rain, heat, cold and vandalism.
Schroff offer two standardised outdoor cabinets: "Modular" or "Unibody". Flexible assembly possibilities are possible with 19"" technology, ETSI or other non-standard accessories. With the EMC version, rubber seals or foam seals, which are combined with a metallic mesh, provide protection to IP55 which can be guaranteed. The seals can be replaced if they are damaged.
The cabinets conform to the guide lines and standards for shock and vibration and are tested to IEC 68-2-6 and -27, plus ETS 300 019 for safety during earthquakes. Climate control is tested to IEC 68-2-1, -2, -14.

INTERTEC cabinets and shelters are designed as sandwich constructions with inner and outer skins made from very strong GRP skins - or other materials such as aluminium sheet or stainless steel - and a core of closed cell light weight and insulating PU foam. This construction ensures high strength and rigidity and is unaffected by environmental influences.

DIDO-S distribution boards are available in two types: surface mounted and flush mounted boards.
Particular attention has been set to the need to give more space in the inside in order to facilitate the operations of
wiring therfore favoring the simplicity of instalation.
PE4, PE8 and PE12 boards have a particular system to fix the DIN rail; it allows to regulate its height in two positions, an
inner and an outer.
Some Flush mounted boards (CMR) answering the demands of space saving products - more compact enclosures.
All distribution boards have DIN rail and brass terminal block (earth and neutral).
The particular structure of the lid, limits the board prominence from the wall of only 20 mm, creating a product of
discrete design and presence.
The interchangeability among the doors (transparent and opaque) and their reversibility together with the large
space for the assembling make these series very versatile.
Always careful to the demands of the clients, all products are protected with a thermo-retracable film.
