The Container Lifter was developed for the needs of the container haulage industry in mind - a growing sector according to Combilift MD Martin McVicar: ”Using containers is the cheapest way to transport goods around the world, but the loading and offloading process can be awkward, involving extra costs for the hire of cranes and ramps, and time wasted waiting for offloading equipment to arrive. The integrated Combilift Container Lifter offers significant benefits as it eliminates the need for ramps, cranes, waiting time, and additionally allows much safer ground level loading and unloading.”
The crane arms of the Container Lifter hydraulically move along the chassis enabling it to cope with varying container lengths, and it will lift 20, 30 and 40 Foot containers up to a weight of 34 tonnes. It can lift two smaller 20’ containers simultaneously, and offloading takes a mere two minutes.
Containers can also be transferred directly from one trailer to another. The Container Lifter is a high tensile steel construction, with rear axle steering for better manoeuvrability in enclosed areas and a 2.70m jack leg for excellent stability.

GEARED ROLLOVER SKIP

The SBC VOL skip is the right skip when flowing a concrete with a low SLUMP (up to 5 cms)
The SBC VOL Geared Rollover Skip is designed for pouring mass concrete onto shutters and also large slab areas.
The patented innovative design offers excellent accessibility where handrails and scaffolding may present a problem. Gate operation is by means of a geared hand wheel which enables precise and accurate placing.
Capacities of 1200 litres and above are fitted with heavy duty reinforced bale arms.
The SBC VOL skip sits in the horizontal position on the ground for ease the filling and reverts to the vertical when in use.

The SECANET skip washing platform has been designed to improve the cleanliness on the building sites by facilitating the cleaning and maintenance of the SECATOL range of skips.
The two ladders, the platform, the guardrail and the security handrail on the washing area make the skip washing platform a secured element to use.
All types of SECATOL skips can be placed onto the platform by means of different abutments.
The platform can easily be placed with a forklift truck or with a crane and can be fitted on the floor with pins on the feet.
The platform is easily washable and the mesh metal on the platform does not held back the washing waters. .
If needed, the washing platform can be supplied with a special tray to hold back the waste waters.
The skip washing platform is available in painted or galvanized version.

Construction is similar to Scienceware® H50025-0000. The rear panel and cover can be easily detached and replaced without tools. Velcro® closures are used to attach the rear cover which overlaps the opening by 51mm (2") on all four sides. The integrity of the box and its atmosphere are preserved by a gasket on all four sides of the unit. Dimensions: 91cm (36") wide x 51cm (20") deep x 66cm (26") high. Rear panel opening 50cm (19 1/2") wide x 34cm (13 1/2") high.

An often overlooked aspect of wrapping systems is the shrink tunnel. Hartness GlobalShrink tunnels are highly insulated, comfortable to touch, and extremely quiet. GlobalShrink tunnels are custom designed to shrink your particular packages.
The result is a tight, safe to handle, good looking package. This is accomplished using less energy than many competitive wrappers, resulting in a lower long term cost of operation.
Three speed models are available — TFS 60, TFS 80, TFS 100— 60, 80, 100 Trays per minute respectively.

The CM series includes a wide range of automatic packaging machinery, for the packing of various products in corrugated cardbooard cases and/or in trays with or without film.
Being designed to offer great flexibility, the CM series allows to handle many different pack collations and provides outputs up to 70 packs per minute.
Products can be packed both in cardboard cases and in trays, with walls of the same height or of different heights.
Thanks to the Tlespack system it is also possible to pack products in double-layered packs.
Case or tray formation is carried out in-line through smooth and continuous motions; the wrap-around process as well as the hot melt sealing process ensure complete pack integrity, rigidity and stability. If products are packed in trays with film, the film is wrapped around the tray and overlapped at the bottom of it.
Trays eventually enter the shrinking tunnel, where the film is shrunk by a stream of hot air.
