Flexible automatic tray loading system for single-row packages
The system for fully automatic filling of single rowed trays. Primarily used in the confectionery and dry baked goods industry for handling of delicate products with large dimensional and shape tolerances. Biscuits, cookies and chocolate products are packed at high speed of up to 800 products per minute. The products can be arranged in the tray standing on edge, in flat or shingled position according to requirement.

What does it do?
The crate loading system is specially designed for loading plastic (washable circulation) crates with trays of fresh products (such as meats, salads, fish, cheese, etc.).
How does it work?
This system incorporates a fully automatic crate de-stacking system for the empty crates and a stacking system for the filled crates. It is very flexible and handles a wide range of tray sizes and loads them into plastic crates. The System is controlled via the full colour touch screen of the Industrial PC (IPC).

V/VL SERIES
V & VL are automatic tray loaders for loading vials onto plastic, metal or paperboard trays.
The tray loaders have been designed for installation in aseptic production environments and can have up to 2 loading positions, each accommodating 2 trays (positions are changed automatically when full).
By means of mechanical devices, trays are filled with vials in staggered rows and it is therefore possible to optimize the tray capacity and consequently the lyophiliser capacity.
A series of tray loading/unloading facilities have also been designed to meet the specific requirements of lyophilization lines, where the transfer operation of vials to and from the lyophiliser is a crucial part of the processing phase.

The Pearson GTL-UNI Case Packer (Goodman Universal™) is a fully automatic case packer for horizontal packing, custom built to your project specifications.
Designed to Perform
The GTL-UNI utilizes a 4-axis system to pack flexible, rigid or semi-rigid products into any type of case, tray or other shipping container at speeds up to 200 packages per minute. All pick & place motions and case transfers are servo controlled for smooth and reliable handling of your product and cases.
The GTL-UNI is custom built based on your packaging requirements. It can be equipped with one or two product conveyors, allowing for two sources of product to infeed into the packer. What does it do?
- Our robotic top loaders allow you to place a variety of packaged products directly into cases, trays, crates, and other types of secondary containers.
How does it work?
- Product is collated into a group using one of our custom collation methods. The product is then picked by a specially designed end-effector. The fully servo-driven robot ensures smooth placement into the secondary container.

The Case filling machine KF 350 collates bags and drops them by gravity into standard pre-erected cases. The packs (generally FFS bags) are conveyed, lying flat, into the Model KF 350 case filling machine. The bags are equalised between top and bottom belts as they enter the system and are then accelerated by a second conveyor. A dividing conveyor and a system of pack stops allows the bags to form a layer, two bags wide, on top of the flaps. If needed, the flaps can be equipped with belts to assist bag transport and layer formation. When each layer is complete, the flaps open and the bags drop by gravity into the case. The cycle continues until the correct number of layers transfer into the case. Where layers are more than two bags wide, the case is indexed underneath the release flaps as the bags are dropped in. Optional, a top pusher and vibrator can be integrated in the line.

TOP LOAD CASE PACKER
The top load case packer of type "pick and place" assembles cardboard boxes from a flat blanks, puts the products inside them thanks to a tripod manipulator and closes the boxes. The machine is flexible and versatile. Due to a simple change of tools, it can pack in a variety of boxes such as:

Operational Details
It is a fully automatic servo controlled vertical case packer where all the operations are automatic right from case erection, collating of products, loading of products in the case and sealing (taping / gluing) of the case. The entire case packing operation is done on one single compact machine that requires only one person to operate it.
