Tyre Grinding with Flat-Die Granulation Presses
The process developed by Amandus Kahl GmbH at Reinbek for warm grinding of waste tyres is an economic alternative to the aforementioned traditional grinding processes.
The supplied tyres are cut in a preliminary stage to a chip size of 50 to 100 mm. Via an intermediate buffer the chips are conveyed into the core component of the plant, the rubber grinding unit. Here the tyre parts are ground in a Kahl flat-die granulation press according to the pan grin¬der roller principle.

Motorized harrow PIKOSOL ULTIMA RATIO is designed to stop Net any vehicle travelling.
Its characteristics are impressive:
Each spur weighs 4.20 kg for a diameter of 32 mm and is virtually unbreakable.
The angle of attack of each spur is calculated to allow a penetration in metal.
The spurs are isolated of 134 mm what makes it possible to undoubtedly shred the two nose gear wheels (tire + rims) of any vehicle.
The height of striking of the spurs can be regulated between 325 and 425 mm, which guarantees a minimum of 8 spurs driven by bottom of case.
The spurs rise in less than 1 second.
