While others were thinking about large fittings, Clippard was thinking big about smaller fittings. Smaller valves and cylinders created the need for smaller fittings. Clippard was the first to develop ports utilizing the 10-32 thread. This thread has become an industry standard in the marketplace.
Clippard precision fittings will save you time, space, and money when designing versatile, productive, trouble free, pneumatic circuits. Our endless variety of fittings insure that you find just the right fit when plumbing pneumatic circuits or assemblies. These fittings are small in size but large in performance, allowing for streamlining of pneumatic assemblies and eliminating the need for larger, more expensive, cumbersome fittings.

Whatever you want from a Bulk Materials cut-off valve you’ve got it with Clyde Materials unbeatable Dome Valve® - the cost effective valve solution.
The Clyde Dome Valve®, widely regarded as the original and best material handling valve in the world, offers exceptional life from only a single moving part. The Dome Valve® is recognised as a low maintenance, long life solution that can last at least 1 million cycles between maintenance inspections. It has the ability to cut through static or moving columns of material and is pressure-tight, ensuring a consistent pressure tight seal is created when the valve is in the closed position, but in the open position it provides an unrestricted full bore opening for the best product flow characteristics possible. The Dome Valve® can also be used as a line, vessel or reactor isolation valve.
The Dome Valve® enhances other technologies from Clyde Materials Handling, a leading provider of pneumatic injection, conveying, materials handling & vacuum cleaning solutions.
The solutions we create for our customers generate many benefits and are backed by three decades of domain knowledge, expertise and a track record of generating exemplary success.
Dome Valve® sold in the United States under the trade name ‘Spheri Valve’ |

Parker Instrumentation has launched a range of 10,000PSI-rated (689bar) instrument pipe fittings. The range provides instrumentation and piping engineers with quality components for interconnecting instrument-grade piping in the growing number of high pressure applications, such as those found in deep water oil and gas exploration and production.
Parker's High Pressure Instrument Pipe Fittings are available in numerous forms including straight, elbow, tee and cross shapes, and support male and female NPT (National Pipe Taper) thread sizes from 1/8 up to 1 inch. The fittings are fabricated from 316L grade stainless steel as standard, with other materials available as options.
To support quality procedures, HCT (heat code traceability) identification codes are provided as standard. Parker will also provide NACE compliance information for the components, on request.
In total, 13 styles of fittings are available, providing an efficient single-piece solution for virtually every common connection requirement: male hex nipple couplings in standard and long sizes, male and female elbows and tees, street elbow, female cross, pipe cap, hex headed plug, female hex coupling, male-to-female adapter, and male-to-female reduced bushing.

Parker Instrumentation's radical new design of tube connector that can deliver huge cost savings...
Assembled by means of a simple push-fit operation, the new connectors provide permanent connections for fluid systems operating at up to 20,000 PSI / 1,379 bar. For permanent connections, and these elevated pressures, system builders would typically use either welded or 'cone and thread' style fittings, which are time consuming and expensive to install. Compared with these products, Parker Instrumentation estimates that its new Phastite connectors could reduce installation costs by a factor of 90% or more.
The connectors are supplied as one-piece components. To make a joint, all that's required is to insert the tube, and then push the collar along the connector body until it reaches a dead stop. This operation is performed by a simple handheld hydraulic tool and takes a few seconds.
Phastite is much faster to assemble than welded and cone and thread fittings and deskills the process, removing a major element of industrial system building cost.
The Phastite range includes straight union, union elbow, 'tee' and union cross connector shapes in imperial and metric sizes from 1/4 to 1/2 inch or 6 to 12 mm.

Style 38 Couplings
Proven by years of service on all kinds of pipe, Dresser Style 38 couplings provide flexible, leakproof connections that last the life of the pipe. No costly threading, beveling, exact pipe fitting or alignment is required. The resilient Dresser gaskets absorb vibration and pipe movement and permit curves to be laid with straight pipe lengths. Installation is safe and sure. There's no hazard to workmen or delays due to weather. Dresser Style 38
couplings are available from 1/2" ID to over 400" OD.
NOTE: Commonly used sizes are listed in the tables, but couplings can be
furnished for practically any size or special condition. |

Fittings(Synapse)
Flare Type (Ferrule Type)
With flare type, a ferrule called a "Seal Joint" is attached for easy connection. The Seal Joint is a component molded in a flange shape. Simply insert the Seal Joint into the end of the tube for use.
Flange Type
A flange type is used for tubing made of plastic like PTFE, and has a simple structure.
Before use, the tube end should be enlarged like a trumpet and pressed into the bottom of a valve port.
