Heatflon® Serie PH 1 - 9
Heatflon® heaters of the PH series consist of a stainless steel tubular radiator sheated in PFA. The head of the heater is made of PTFE and the connecting cable of PFA. Heating zone, head and connecting cable are welded together watertightly as a result a complete immersion in aggresive media is possible.
All devices of the PH series are earthed and approved by association of German engieers (VDE).
As an optional extra, all heaters can also be pre-equipped for a thermal monitoring. Users who purchase a special controller are then able to monitor the internal temperature between the stainless steel heater and the PFA tube, thereby reducing substantially the risk of fire. Heatflon® tubular radiators of the PH series are available for various surface loads, eg:
2,2 W/cm² - 1,5 W/cm² - 1,0 W/cm², applicable dependent on the specific media.

Flexible Thermofoil™ Solutions for Heating
Thermofoil™ heaters are thin, flexible heating elements consisting of an etched foil resistive element laminated between layers of flexible insulation. Since their introduction by Minco over 45 years ago, Flexible Thermofoil™ heaters have demonstrated significant advantages over conventional electric heaters.
Precise Heating
Thermofoil™ heaters put heat where you need it. You simply apply them to the surface of the part to be heated. Their thin and Flexible profile gives close thermal coupling between the heater and heat sink. You can even specify profiled heat patterns with higher watt densities in areas where heat loss is greater.
Faster Warmup and Longer Life
The flat foil element of Flexible Thermofoil™ heaters transfers heat more efficiently, over a larger surface area, than round wire. Thermofoil™ heaters, therefore, develop less thermal gradient between the resistive element and heat sink. Heaters stay cooler. The result is higher allowable watt densities, faster warmup, and prolonged insulation life. Thermofoil™ heaters can safely run at wattages twice those of their wire-wound equivalents. Insulation life may be ten times greater. For high levels of reliable heat, the obvious choice is Flexible Thermofoil.

Applications
Medical equipment such as blood analyzers, respiratory therapy units and hydrotherapy baths
Freeze protection for military hardware, aircraft instrumentation and hydraulic equipment
Battery heating
Foodservice equipment
Factory bonding and subassemblies
Any application requiring a flexible shape or design

The hotflex® is worldwide the first tubular heater which can be manually bent in all three dimensions. Easiest handling, simple assembly, optimal thermal features and the simple storage (the hotflex® is supplied in straight condition with numerous lengths from stock) are outstanding product arguments.
The three dimensional bending of the hotflex® enables _towards the traditional heating (e. g. with hotrod® cartridge heaters type HHP) high flexibility.
With applications such as outline heating a better heat transition, considerable savings of the tool mass, replacements as well as lower energy consumption can be achieved.

Infra-red radiation partly reflects with a fall on material and partly absorbs. Tre absorbed radiation is changed in heat that penetrates through body. It is a similarity to the sun radiation when with low temperatures comes to a feeling of a heat amenity.
Exactly this piece of knowledge is used with the design of heating with infra radiators HELIOS. In contrast to the air-heating when the hottest air is collected at the ceiling, in our case the effect is exactly contradictory. A stable natural heat climate is created without noise, air draught and dust whirling in an ecologically friendly way. We lower the temperature in the hall about 3-5°C on purpose and the required heat amenity is reached by the radiant heat of the infra radiator.
It is a kind of a „completion“ on a required temperature. The lowering of the calculation air temperature of 1°C brings cca. 7% energy saving. In the present case 20 – 30%. |

Space-Ray offers tube heaters in natural or propane gas which range in capacity from 20,000 to 250,000 Btu/hr, giving us one of the most complete lines in the industry.
All Space-Ray tube heaters are designed for maximum radiant output and are CSA design certified. The products of combustion are pulled through the totally enclosed combustion chamber for increased radiant efficiency, more uniform tube temperature, and greater safety.
The 16 gauge aluminized steel emitter tube is calorized to produce a tube that is highly radiant absorptive on the interior and highly radiant emissive on the exterior, will not flake or peel, and is corrosion resistant. The unitized design allows lower installation costs, simpler re-arrangement within the facility, and less maintenance.
The heaters may be direct vented (individually or common vented) or indirect vented (unvented |

Fiber Insulated Heater Type FIH combines a heat source with superior high temperature insulation - an ideal solution for many industrial heating applications. These heaters deliver fast, efficient and reliable uniform heat to temperatures of 1100°C (2012°F). Designed to deliver power densities up to 1500 watts/ft2, FIH is one of the most versatile embedded element radiant heaters produced. OEM furnace and thermal process equipment manufacturers plus end users alike have embraced this combination heating and insulating system.
ZIRCAR Flat Panel, Full Cylinder and Semi-Cylinder Fiber Insulated Heaters Type FIH consist of high quality helically-wound Fe-Cr-Al alloy resistance wire elements embedded in a rigid body of vacuum formed high temperature refractory fiber. The lightweight ceramic fiber insulation has very low thermal mass and thermal conductivity and thus can handle extremely rapid cycling. Elements are typically mounted flush with the heated surface. The diameter of the helically wound element coil is kept to a minimum, reducing the difference between the element and chamber temperature, thus ensuring long heater life, and enabling the design and manufacture of extremely responsive heating systems.
All ZIRCAR Fiber Insulated Heaters are 100% organic free and will not smoke or outgas when heated. ZIRCAR Fiber Insulated Heaters are available in flat panel, full cylinder and semi-cylinder shapes - with several lead styles. |
