Unique design semi-automated High Frequency welder for making clear plastic (PVC) tubing 50-400mm diameter with length up to 650mm. The machine is equipped with a special high grade welding electrode to achieve straight line seam without the need for additional trimming. Welder has also special patented “hold-curve” system which makes the welding operation easy and fast. The welding process can be done with electrode and cylinder installed either horizontally parallel or at the right angle.
The machine is made in two models with foot pedal positioning and fully pneumatic version. The RF welder has special shielding to protect the operator and it is fully CE certified. It has programmable PLC and fast, reliable antiflash unit.

For feeding bioreactors, often a tube is used for bringing the needed fluid inside. It is always a problem, pumping new fluid through the tubes into a reactor without beeing infested with harmful bacterias.
The ReeWelder solves this problem in an elegant way: this machine can fuse (weld) thermoplastic tubes with 1/4 to 7/8 inch OD absolutely sterile. The ReeWelder features fully programmable user parameters, LC-display, termperature sensor, improved blade holders and a PC interface for data printing and parameter download. The device has a compact design and can be carried easily to another location.

BENCHMIKE 283 - Off-line tube samples ID/OD/Wall Measurement System
For precision ID, OD, and Wall Thickness measurements, simply place a tube sample on the ID/OD/Wall fixture and the BenchMike will calculate all the dimensions. The ID/OD/Wall fixture can also automatically rotate a sample to a pre-defined number of positions for measurements at multiple points around the product. This rotation allows for the calculation of concentricity and ovality of the tube. The graphical user interface has options to view the rotational cross section of the product and a graph that shows deviation or variation at the various rotational degrees of measurement.

We have long experience in pressure testing, leak testing and cleanliness. Here the expression “weakest link in the chain” is really valid. When you wash a tube it’s very important that you get the pressure drop in the test object and not in the machine. We have developed a system of sandwich valves, pressure transformers, etc which we need in the system. We are practically the only ones in the market who use servo hydraulics to generate the test pressure. It costs more than pneumatic intensifiers but the advantages are significant.

TP-L4 series are new pipe lasers that succeed the functions of the conventional TP-L3 series, but further enhance the basic performance. The pipe laser eliminates finishing stake and leveling string work as standards that determine the position, direction and gradient, significantly enhancing the work efficiency.
Compared with a red laser, the green laser is several times brighter and its visibility is drastically higher. This green laser is mounted in the pipe laser. (TP-L4GV/G/BG)
