M2 CONTROLLER FOR HOT RUNNERS WITH SETPOINT MANAGEMENT
The M2 is a controller designed to meet the special requirements of the hot runners applications. Included functions are: change of the Set point of up to 48 controllers by means of only one digital input, common to all the controllers; the commands are: switching from local to stand-by set point; local Set point step increase; local Set point step decrease. Target set point indication.
In case of sensor break the controller output is automatically locked at a value equal to the average of the outputs of the last 50 seconds of operation.
Selectable continuous Adaptive Tuning or One Shot Fuzzy Tuning. Two displays, three outputs: relay/ssr drive for control and/or alarms. Auto/Manual Station.
The M2 is simple, configurable by code or with software tool.

The liquid filled measuring system changes its volume as a function of temperature changes. A changeover contact therefore is actuated by mechanical transmission.
In case that the setpoint is overflow the controller switches off. After the temperature drops below the setpoint the temperature controller can be reset manually.
When the system leaks the temperature controller remains in the off-position. When the sensor temperature drops below the minimum the circuit opens but closes again when the temperature rises.

Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Eight loop PID Temperature Controller (Model PID-8000) for processes requiring multiple zones heating or heating plus cooling control. It is most suitable for difficult process, which results in frequent system disturbances, and applications where accurate temperature of number of heating/cooling zone is required. It also eliminates the need for number of individual PID or ON/OFF Temperature Controllers thereby saves on panel size and cost. PID-8000 can accept 8 Thermocouples or RTD (Pt-100) inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR Drivers for heating as well as cooling. It can also simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control Outputs in the form of (4-20mA) or (0-5) volt, which can be used to drive external SCR Heater Power Controller or other actuators. These are advanced controls offering the ramp/soak programmability with PID control outputs.. It is possible to control the temperature as per the desired rate of heating / cooling with the required soaking time. Different models offers different features with the facility to program 1 to 10 patterns of sixteen ramp/soak steps, which can be permanently stored in the internal non-volatile memory. The controller accepts Thermocouple or Pt-100 or mV/mA signal as the input and provides control output in the form of DC pulse, 4-20mA, 0-5V etc.. to operate various control devices such as Relay, Contactors, Motorized valves, Thyristor power pack etc...
All the models are available with serial RS485 output on MODBUS protocol and can be hooked to the computer. Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Eight Zone PID Temperature indicator / Controller (Model PRC-8000)where accurate temperature control of multiple zone during Gradual Heating and Cooling is required. Each zone can be independently programmed for 16 steps of Ramp/Soak profile. Each loop parameters like PID, Hysteresis, Deviation Hold, Facility to skip unused channel etc can be programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard.
PRC 8000 accepts 8 Thermocouples or RTD(Pt-100)3 wire inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR or relay to drive external load contactors. It can simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control outputs in the form of (4-20)mA or (0-5)volt, which can be used to control heater power through Thyristor power pack.
PRC-8000 is ideally suited for on line pre and post welding heat treatment cycle. Where the large size jobs are heated by local heating pads. Temperatures are sensed using 6 to 8 K type thermocouples fitted at different points. The common program is run for all inputs and to ensure the uniform heating cycle, the PRC-8000 offers special feature of common or individual deviation hold facility, thereby the guaranteed ramp/soak controlled is achieved. Temp Man is a standard Temperature Controller to be used with external fan controllers and servo motors. It is very simple and easy to use with a simple and very robust design. Beep feedback from key presses and a clear display makes daily use a simple job.
Temp Man controls the climate from the meassured temperature, an SET point for temperature plus diverse parametres. All settings are stored in EEPROM by power failure and easy to set.. IP54 grade and integrated keypads in the front makes the controller usefull in different forms for environments, especially usefull in agricultural.
The temperature comes from the HIGHEST of the Primary and the secondary temperature sensor inputs. If only ONE sensor is attached, a SHORT HAVE TO BE placed in the secondary temp sensor input
The temperature is primarily controlled by varying the speed to an attached motorcontroller and FAN . In addition, the AUX output can be configured to control Dampers, Servo motors, extra fans or anything else that can be controlled by an 0-10V signal.
Temp man is a Proportional controller, and the two 0-10V outputs is controlled from setpoint and temperature.The Xp band is distributed around the Setpoint, ½ on each side. If MIN is set > MAX, the 0-10V output will be reversed, for heating purposes etc. So, both heating and cooling can be performed, at the same time, from the outputs.
Temperature is set 10-40ºC, and the actual temperature is read out In the display from 0-50ºC. Minimumsettings, Maximumsettings and Xp band can be set individually set for the FAN and AUX outputs.
In addition, the aux and relay output can be offset +/- 9.9ºC relative to the setpoint. An MAX relay will activate when DC output reaches the MAXIMUM setting for the FAN !
Historically Min and Max temperature can be read out on the Min/Max keys.
Pressing both keys simultanous will reset min/max to actual temperatures

The temperature controller line SDC's is a Compact and Powerful series at very cost effective. It is a very low depth: 60 - 65 mm with flat bezel and large displays. In standard, timers and logic functions are embedded. A new control algorithm has been developed for better accuracy and fast response. The configuration can be performed either via push button on front or via online monitoring software on PC.

Designed for manual or automatic control of solar systems for water
heaters with one hot water circuit. In automatic mode, the pump is
switched on when the temperature difference between the collector and
the storage tank has reached the adjustable value Ä T. If Ä T is below
the set value or if the maximum tank temperature Tmax. (adjustable) is
reached, the pump is switched off and there is no further charging.
The digital display of the solar controller displays one of three
selectable temperatures. The solar controller consists of a control unit
and a maximum of 3 temperature probes (2 probes are supplied with
the system). The control unit and the probes are connected by two-core
signal cables (maximum length 50 m).Two probes detect the temperatures
necessary to control the collector (TK) and the storage tank (TS).
A third probe can be connected to display the temperature of an addi tional measuring point (TM) (e.g. buffer tank).
