Monolayer Blown Film Lines
Offering a wide range of monolayer blown film lines - to suit a broad spectrum of applications and capacities, not many manufacturers in the world offer such a vast range.
Foilex series of monolayer blown film lines are available with outputs ranging from 30 kg/hr to 650 kg/hr and lay-flat widths ranging from 50 mm to 5000 mm for processing polymers as diverse as LD, LLD, HM / HDPE, EVA and Nylon. Fomex
Foam Extrusion Lines
Rajoo has done pioneering developments in polymer foam extrusion in India and have emerged as the only supplier for foam extrusion lines christened Fomex. Starting from chemically foamed PE blown film lines in 1989, Rajoo today offers physically foamed sheet lines for expanded PE and PS with annular as well as flat die.
These sheet lines have a production capacity ranging from 80 kg/hr to 200 kg/hr and density range of 0.22 to 0.02 using different physical blowing agents.
The blown foamed films find applications in banners, wall-calendars and host of other stationery items whereas expanded PE sheets are extensively used for bottle cap liners and general packaging applications. Expanded PS sheets are used in disposable containers. Rajoo is proud to claim that more than 90% of cap liners and foamed banners in India are produced on Fomex lines.
The Fomex lines are designed specially for smooth longer runs. Rajoo have also supplied lines with flat die to produce food grade cap liners with carbon dioxide as physical blowing agent which is considered most difficult to process.

PVC, PE, PP and wood panel extrusion line
PE, PP and wood panel plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses SJZ92 conical twin-screw extruder with DC motor, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,hauloff unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage
