Cincinnati Extrusion has developed the monos series of high-performance single-screw extruders for maximum performance, efficiency and melt homogeneity in the extrusion of smooth or corrugated PE and PP plastic pipes.
This has been accomplished thanks to a new screw concept and the extension of the plasticizing unit to 37D. In addition, the series has been equipped with an innovative drive system.
Newly developed screws and power feed technology (PFT) provide an increase in the extruder%u2019s specific output.
The new plasticizing unit has proven effective in the production of corrugated pipes, where some dies tend to generate high back pressure.
In all models of the monos series, the motor is positioned underneath the feed zone which reduces the footprint, making it extremely short and slim.

This productionline composes a conical double-screw extruder, different pipe die heads and the relevant auxiliary machines. It is mainly used to produce PVC twin pipes which are used as electric thread-passing pipes and so on. With excellent extruding capacity, the production line can make small diameter pipes of high quality in excellent productivity. The whole set is easy and safe to operate.
With reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, the production line can fulfill synchronic speed adjustment between the main motor of the extruder and that of the tractor. In addition, by way of vacuum sizing, the sizing effect is getting better and so does the automation of the device.
In PVC twin pipe production line, the vacuum sizing box of the auxiliary equipments consist of two stainless steel sizing boxes actually, which are 5 meters long and can be operated separately. Use automatic controller and motor to control the liquid level and movements respectively. The tractor adopts frequency conversion and the clamping is in a pneumatic way. The cutter is of automatic metering and cutting. Additionally, the stacking bracket can turn automatically.
According to requirements of different clients, the whole production line has desirable man and machine interface which adopts PLC controlling program.

Designed specifically to test Concrete Pipe Joints to European Standards, the ATO Stoppers represent a portable, low cost method of testing.
Pipestoppers™ ATO Stoppers and test plugs are available in all sizes from 300mm - 1800mm. Each ATO is manufactured to the specific pipe size with a variation of + & - 6mm.
The stoppers comprise an inflatable outer ring with a 5mm thick closed cell neoprene rubber out, bonded on for excellent sealing properties.
Each stopper can be used as a test end or a blank end and they are totally collapsible and light in weight, making them easy to handle.
Each stopper has a soft central membrane, with a Schrader valve for inflation. They are also fitted with a preset and tamper proof relief valve.
A pull tag is fitted for deflation and there are no removable parts.
A hook and loop strap is provided to attach a gauge and a pull out strap is provided too. An on/off tap can be opened to vent the air.
ATO stoppers are manufactured and tested to BSEN 1610 - 1998.
The safe working pressure is 0.2 bar (2.8 psi, 200 mbar or 20 kpa)
Inflation can be carried out with a small, low cost hand pump or a rechargeable inflator.
A moulded connector for the inflation hose is provided.

Float-in Bags are fitted with a reinforced front cover and tension lugs. The CR material ensures increased resistance to chemicals. Working lines are secured to the tension lugs using carbine hooks and the pipe sealing bag can be floated into the pipeline without any difficulty.
Only four sizes are needed in order to seal pipe dimensions ranging from 70 mm to 1200 mm (2.8 inch to 47 inch). The float-in bag program is rounded off by a chemical variation in addition to the basic design.
In this case, all metal parts on the float-in bag are made of stainless steel and the integrated inflation hose (10 m/32 ft.) guarantees the corresponding safety distance to the area of danger.
