Cincinnati Extrusion has developed the monos series of high-performance single-screw extruders for maximum performance, efficiency and melt homogeneity in the extrusion of smooth or corrugated PE and PP plastic pipes.
This has been accomplished thanks to a new screw concept and the extension of the plasticizing unit to 37D. In addition, the series has been equipped with an innovative drive system.
Newly developed screws and power feed technology (PFT) provide an increase in the extruder%u2019s specific output.

The Rapidex single-screw extruder has made it possible for the first time to reach high output levels in pipe extrusion with small-sized extruders.

The smooth-running motor ensures a vibration-free, low-noise extrusion process even at extremely high screw speeds.
