PE, PP and wood panel plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses SJZ92 conical twin-screw extruder with DC motor, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance, which provide wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.
The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,hauloff unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.
The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.
The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage

Extrusion coating by means of Reifenhuser's LAMICOR process means:
Material webs such as paper, aluminium foil, plastic film, textiles, and nonwovens are coated with thermoplastic raw material and permanently bonded into a composite.
- The manufacturing of the plastic film (substrate) and the subsequent processing takes place in one work cycle.
- This process does not use any pollutant solvents and adhesives.

This machine can use the one step extrusion method and also it can use the two-step extrusion method after palletizing. The two-step extrusion method can save the power and space, and the two-step extrusion method features the machine can the humidity from the wood powder. Derived from the PVCFLEX 8001 concept, but for higher production rates such as 120 to 160 frames per day, the PVCFLEX 9001 offers the same standard of performance, strength and flexibility.
Profiles of a maximum length of 6.5 meters are transferred automatically from the 10 to 20 bar loader to the bar feeder n1 and inserted into the machining system comprising 16 electrospindles running at 24,000 rpm.
All the machining of bolt cases, handle recesses, drains, decompression and ventilation fittings, etc., is carried out on all 4 faces. The complete profiles are then conveyed to bar feed n2 and inserted into the sawing unit to make straight cuts, mitre cuts, V cuts and points.
To balance machining time with respect to sawing time, it is possible to incorporate into the cutting center between 2 and 3 additional machining units, thus obtaining optimum rates. Each machining center is also capable of feeding parts either directly to the operator or, using a 2-axes robot, for unloading and automatic classification.
