SAFETY
Almost unbreakable, they are 20 times more resistant to shock and impact than tempered mineral glass of equal thickness. Their pgments and absorbers are completely incorporated in the material, because of this, and in contrast to mineral industrial filters obtained from thin layer deposit, their performance is not reduced by scratch.
FOREWARNING
In the events if overload, these new filters melt with a clearly audible noise, warning the user of danger, whereas a mineral filter may shatter and allow the professional laser radiation to pass through.

SentinelTM Series Headgear
For the ultimate value in lightweight, comfortable face protection, the Bullard Sentinel Series headgear can't be beat. All Sentinel Series headgear include two sizing features for enhanced comfort. The Sure-Lock® ratchet adjusts the headband to sizes 6 1/2" to 8" and it will not slip from the selected size. The crown strap conforms to the shape of the head. The brow pad, made of SportekTM and offered exclusively by Bullard, pulls moisture away from the skin, creating a drier, more comfortable fit. Brow pads are hand washable and replaceable. Sentinel easily accommodates both primary eye protection and half-facepiece style industrial respirators.

Splicer requires complete concentration. This is no problem with the Optrel Orion: the unique sensor technology allows the welding cartridge to automatically select the protection level and constantly adapt it to the welding application and the intensity of the arc during the welding process.
The user can select “Auto” or “Manual”. In the “Manual” setting, the user can select the protection level that is best for him. He can adjust the shade setting as required to ensure the most comfortable shade level at all times.
If the industrial welder selects “Auto”, the professional helmet automatically adapts the protection level to the current arc intensity. He can also use the fine adjustment to adjust the automatically selected protection plus or minus one shade level to satisfy his individual needs without the fear of any problem of eye damage. |
