Allows a check of the fabric quality.

- MS Side frames pointed with hardwearing stipple finish stowing enamel . This makes the finish permanent..
- A cradle with tow M.S. side brackets and 6 rollers running on ball bearing to place the fabric roll. This arrangement allows tensionless unwinding of the fabric.
- Inspection table is laminated black/white, which enhances the defect identification procedure by making defects more easily visible to the operator.

The inspection, winding tensionless machine
ISR 07’ TENSIONLESS,
provided of axial or tangential unwinding for big rolls, it’, an excellent machine for the elastomer fabrics.
The fabric gently comes situated, in the form of small folding, on a conveyor belt, that allows it to relax and particularly as it regards the elastic materials to resume its own elasticity. An additional conveyor belt incline ® (Exclusive Patent COMATEX) accompanies the fabric, without altering its acquired stability, to the summit of the table of inspection illuminated, where possible to view and mark the defects eventually found.
Before the end phase of winding, a special software Comatex combined to the electronic sensor of tension, it allows to maintain results of relaxation and to get rolls without residual tension.
