Harnesses are the direct interface between the worker and the protection system. It should provide the worker with a maximum amount of safety without hindering their movement.

The Petzl difference
1- 2- DoubleBack and FAST buckles: quick to put on and adjust
All Petzl harnesses have adjustable shoulder straps, waist belts and leg loops. All adjustment buckles use the DoubleBack self-locking system. With this system, the webbing does not need to be rethreaded to secure the buckles - they can be adjusted with a single motion.
Certain harnesses are equipped with the FAST automatic buckles on the leg loops. Once adjusted, these buckles easily and quickly open and close - the harness can be put on without undoing all the buckles.
3- Lightweight and comfortable
Petzl harnesses are particularly lightweight - now wearing a harness is no longer a constraint. Work positioning harnesses are made with perforated foam for breathability.
The foam-padded shoulder straps offer improved comfort and curve around the neck to reduce friction points. The harness is also easier to put on.
Thermo-molded waist belt support at lumbar region for excellent comfort when suspended.
4- 5- Simplicity
Our large, contoured attachment points are easy to clip.
Three gear loops : one on each side and one at the rear.
Thin, rigid gear loops facilitate attaching carabiners.
Waist belt equipped with numerous slots for tool carriers (CARITOOL).
The rear buckle connects TOP chest harness to SIT harness. Weight carried on the waist belt is transferred to the shoulder straps. A restraint lanyard can be clipped to the buckle.
