The standard axial product range of SEPA® contains fans from 15x15 mm up to 60x60 mm. Furthermore on request, we can deliver fans with dimensions up to 150 mm. All SEPA® fans are subject to a strict process inspection with a following 12h burn-in. After this burn-in the final inspection is the last step before packaging. This procedure ensures that early failures hardly ever appear.

SEPA EUROPE GmbH provides a manifold range of accessories for fans.
Besides to a standard choice of of finger-guards, we can provide also dust-protection-filter with or without EMV-filter.
Specific high-grade EMV-filter are on stock for many fan dimensions.
For CPU-coolers we provide two dimensions of thermal-pads. These self adhesive heat conducting foils are the approved methode to fix CPU-coolers.
For monitoring and controlling of DC-fans we can provide external alarm elctronics as well as temperature elctronics.
New in our delivery program is a special antivibration mounting-sleeve for fans of 40 mm upwards. Advantage of these sleeves are fast, simple and stable screwless assembly and disassembly of fans. Probably the most important issue is, that it eliminates the transmission of oscillation and vibration from the fan to the housing.

Our waterproof fan was developed with the goal of being used outdoors over long periods of time.
We now achieve expected lifetimes of 100,000 hours.
Waterproof properties are available on IP55 for W-type and IP54 for
WS-type products.

Richco’s fan accessories offer a simple solution for the protection of mounted fans and prevent dust ingress. Our products also offer protection to the user from accidental damage and bodily harm.
Richco TPE fan mounts play an important role in mounting the fan unit securely and also in suppressing unwanted noise generated by the fan itself.
In order to dissipate static build from airflow moving through the fan intake, Richco offers a metal grounding finger which can be connected to a grounding cable to protect the fan unit from unwanted EMI and RFI.

AC / DC Cooling Fans and Blowers
NMB’s fans and blowers provide cooling solutions to your system thermal problems. The need for forced-air cooling by using an AC or DC axial fan or blower should be determined at an early stage in the system design. It is important that the design plans for good airflow to heat-generating components and allows adequate space and power for the cooling fan or blower.

Selecting between DC Fans and AC Fans:
First, consider whether you want DC fans or AC fans. In the past, the higher cost of DC fans led to the almost exclusive use of AC fans. Now that this price differential has disappeared, the many advantages of DC fans make them the best choice. One advantage of DC fans is longer life. Another is almost 60% less power consumption than AC fans. According to industry experts, a 10°C increase in fan temperature can reduce its life by as much as 20,000 hours.
Another selection factor is that the speed of DC fans is directly proportional to voltage, so it can run at the speed required for adequate cooling. However, usually DC fans runs at less than maximum speed, creating less noise, and using less power.

Through improvements to our standard fan configuration and materials, they now achieve lifetimes of 200,000 hours (SAN ACE 120L) and 100,000 hours (SAN ACE 40L, 60L, 80L, 92L, 140L, 172L) at ambient temperatures of 60°C.
