The SpeedFeeder is specially designed for quick and easy handling of sheet metal parts in presses and other metal processing machines. Up to 4 units can be mounted on the same Y-beam. With the units connected to one control system the axes can be synchronized to provide parallel operation.

Blank loaders

In the semi automatic setup, it is possible to set any measure on the keyboard and pressing the START button the Speedy moves to the set distance. In the automatic setup, is it possible to set up to 99 programs with 1 to 99 different pitches repeatable from 1 to 99 times. It can be used both in incremental or inverse. All Metalfab Volumetric Screw Feeders feature Metalfab's rugged design and unique agitator/conditioner screw. In operation, the agitator/conditioner screw begins to move materials forward in the feeder's trough. Since the agitator/ conditioner screws are larger in diameter than the metering (feeding) screw and of wire configuration, they carry a greater capacity than the metering screw, allowing material to flow through and around it. This 360° influence of material forces entrained air up and out of the metering area and force feeds material into the flights of the metering screw to ensure they are completely full with uniformly dense material.

Application:
The Minster Straightener, equipped with the Production Management Control (PMC) System, is the core of the stock preparation system. In its basic form, this multi-function machine provides precise straightening of the stock, and accurate control of the storage loop. When equipped with the optional hold-down arm and peeler table, the Minster Straightener facilitates safe and efficient threading of the coil. FEATURES:
The charger is a specialized robot which supplies the presses intelligently. The horizontal adjustments of translation for the loading of the presses vary according to the models from 300 to 1100 Misters the charger takes in the store a sheet metal or an already worked part and carries out of it the transfer to a station of centering where the part is positioned precisely. At the same time, the part previously centered is taken and transported until on the outiil. The charger control then the press and starts again a new cycle.
The movement of the mobile arm of the charger traverses a trajectory in "U" reversed. The movement is carried out by a device actuated by ensuring motor reducer raised speeds, of the accelerations and decelerations controlled with a constant precision.
The charger also carries out controls in the course of cycle: catch of the part, ejection out of the tool, sunchronism with the press...

CDSF7-PR is a special edition of the CDSF6. To prevent the excessive spring effect of the coil, usual for the compact lines, we add a pinch-roll to pull the coil from the braking decoiler. This system is appreciated in Germany.
- The CDSF7-PR is a compact line consisting of:
- single motorised decoiler: work at variable speed with a loop control to guarantee a soft movement
- straightener/feeder: with 2 rolls pinch-roll Ø 180 mm
- Straightener station with rolls at big distance, adapted for medium width strip - 9 rolls Ø 90 mm, to guarantee the necessary planarity.

The KAYENNE is able to pass from a maximum to a minimum bar diameter within very shot time with no need for keys simply by selecting the bar diameter on the PLC.

This bar feeder has been designed on all Swiss type machines. The front chuck, as well as the bar storage, are automatically controlled by simply digiting the relevant diameter on the PLC.
The upper guides, which do not need to be replaced, can be regulated manually, while the lower guides feature a quick change system allowing for reduced change over times.
Remnants are extracted by means of a self-centring ejector.
The maximum extractable remnant length is 500mm.
