These groups are used for the setting or the maintenance under pressure of installations of water of workshops of production or the units of cleaning, but also, for the drinkable water supply and the equipment of installations of protection fire.
Of modular concept, they are assembled and regulated machines some in accordance with the requirements of the installations and are delivered completely equipped, ready to be connected on site.
They are declined in group of 1,2,3 or 4 pumps, mono or multicellular according to the required hydraulic performances.
Teams, in option, of the system speed integrated TECHNOVAR, they offer a great flexibility in use.
Maximum performances:
- Flow: 300 m3/h
- Pressure: 40 bar
- Temperature: 70°C |

| Air driven gas boosters are suitable to pump or compress almost any kind of gas, from shopair to oxygen. They are available in all kind of models, for example single stage, double acting etc. Applications are filling gasbottles and compressing and storing high pressure shopair for testing cocks, etc. |
|
Advantages:
- Working pressures up to 1,250 bar / 18.000 psi .
- Low noice level even at high cycling speed.
- No mechanical pilot cocks.
- Proven reliability under severe conditions.
- Modular, robust and modern design.
- Easy to change ratio of the booster.
- Easy to convert a booster from single- to double acting.
- Light weight air cycling spool.
- Easy maintenance. |

| Air-cooled booster-manufacturer of compressor with 1 stage and 2 or 3 cylinders. Many of the basic parts for example piston, cylinder and cocks are used in our well known 40 bar compresors. This machine is designed for a minimum of maintenance. The main-usage for this booster is to blow PET-bottles in combination with a screw compressor manufacturer. The results of a combination like this are competitive prices and max. profit. |

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor suppliers), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted. |

| The industry standard circulator for decades, Series 100 is still the one by which most others are judged. With well over 10 million units installed, the Series 100 remains a leader in applications such as hydronic heating and domestic hot water circulation. Series 100's three-piece, oil lubricated design provides for easy field service with professional bearings, shaft and professional seal all housed in an assembly which can be easily repaired or replaced. The Series 100 oil lubricated motor is specifically designed for the Series 100, and its resilient mounting provides quiet, dependable service with minimum annual lubrication. UL and CSA listings are standard. The design of this motor, coupled with its overall hydraulic performance, allows the Series 100 to overcome system related noise caused by cocks, professional fittings, or piping. |

WILO industrial booster pumps are installed as boosters for water supply and circulating systems.
They provide enough water pressure for high buildings, elevated parts of cities and municipalities as well as in industrial applications.
Booster pumps can be installed vertically, up to a certain number of stages, also horizontally. In case of vertical installation the space requirement of the pumping installation is very low, in case of horizontal installation the complete pipework is laid at one level |
