The newest Series 67 line of fiber optic sensors is attracting much attention thanks to its simple, intuitive operator interface. Simply pressing the teach-in key twice allows two different objects or contrasts to be "learned" by the sensor. The bright, 2x4 digit display simultaneously shows the taught switching point as well as the relative receiving light level. Just like a potentiometer, the switching point can be changed at any time by using the +/- key. Two different security features protect the sensor against unintentional manipulation during ongoing operation: One is a complete lock, while the other option only allows access to the teach-in and manual switching point adjustment, while locking out all other adjustments such as light/dark operation, timer functions or the operating mode with defined response time. The new fiber optic sensor also boasts a wide variety of application possibilities. With a response time of only 50 microseconds it is among the fastest fiber optic sensors available on the market and therefore lends itself to high-speed processes. The integrated 12-bit A/D converter provides high resolution even in large ranges up to 4 m.

The Ytterbium–doped Fiber Amplifier (YBFA–PM) is a general purpose polarization maintaining single polarization optical amplifier for the wavelength region 1030 nm–1070 nm. The amplifier is a dual stage PM Ytterbium–doped Fiber Amplifier. Performance is optimized for 1064 nm at maximum setting of each pump laser diode. This double pump optical amplifier features over +16 dBm of saturated optical output power, together with a high small–signal gain and low noise figure. Several front panel analog control options are available, including variable pump current control for each pump diode (shown in picture above). An OEM module version is also available on request.

Meech Air Technology High Thrust Jets are designed to provide a high power blast of air whilst reducing compressor demand and lowering noise levels. The High Thrust Jets use a very small amount of compressed air to generate a high power blow off force. This is achieved by forcing compressed air through an adjustable internal circular slot. The high velocity air from the slot generates an area of low pressure at the rear of the jet that entrains ambient air at a ratio of 4:1. This maximises the high power blow off.
Meech Air Technology Energy Saving Air Amplifiers provide large airflows whilst only consuming a minimal volume of compressed air. A tiny amount of compressed air is released through an adjustable circular slot inside the Air Amplifier creating a 'tube' of air. The 'tube' of air then travels towards the front creating areas of low pressure behind and in front that entrains ambient air at a ratio of 12, 20 and 25:1 depending on the size of air amplifier. Meech Air Amplifiers are available in three sizes in Stainless Steel or Aluminium to suit a wide range of applications.

ITW Vortec’s Round Transvectors use a small amount of filtered compressed air to deliver a large airflow for a wide range of conveying, ventilation, drying and cooling applications. The high-flow, bladeless blowers don’t require machine guards and are especially useful for removing plastic scrap and metal chips, ventilating fumes or smoke, and conveying small parts, pellets, powders and dust. As a vacuum or blowoff device, these air amplifiers are more compact and less expensive than variable-speed blowers and fans, provide instant on/off performance, and operate at low noise levels to meet OSHA requirements. MAXIMATOR PLV series air amplifiers are suitable for the compression of pressurised air or nitrogen. The units are capable of increasing normal pressures of 4 bar or 6 bar to the desired final pressures. The PLV Air Amplifiers are operated with normal shop air and are provided with a variety of amplification ratios.
All PLV Air Amplifiers can be supplied with an air control unit comprising a filter, pressure regulator with pressure gauge and an air shut-off valve. The Diaphragm Amplifier is a miniature interface device that performs the same function as a piloted 3-way valve, but with low outlet flow rates. Pneumatic signals of several inches water gauge applied to the input will control an output pressure of up to 35 PSI in both digital and analog systems. They can be used at fluidic signal levels for providing isolation and in timing circuits.
Five models are available, providing a variety of actuating pressures for the valve. Maximum supply pressure is 25 to 35 PSI depending on the size of the supply orifice.

Energy Saving Safety Blowguns from Meech combine an ergonomic lightweight gun handle with the Meech Air Saver Nozzle. The innovative nozzle design forces compressed air through an adjustable circular slot and then directs it at high velocity over the outside of the nozzle cone.
