Flexicon bulk bag fillers (also known as FIBC fillers) are offered in three configurations, each of which is engineered to deliver optimum performance across specific capacity ranges with maximum cost-effectiveness.
Flexicon's patented TWIN-CENTERPOSTTM filler, satisfies low- to medium-capacity filling requirements and/or sanitary applications where frequent wash-down or compliance with USDA Dairy standards is required.
Flexicon's latest bulk bag filling innovation is the patent-pending SWING-DOWNTM filler. Designed for medium- to high-capacity applications, this revolutionary design brings the fill head to the operator at floor level for faster, safer and easier bag connections.
REAR-POST fillers are intended for medium- to high-capacity applications requiring pass-through conveyors and, or powered fill head height adjustment.

Basic units to fully automated, high capacity, feeder/filler systems
For fast, accurate, and stable weigh-filling of small to large volumes of free- and non-free-flowing bulk materials, Flexicon bulk bag fillers are offered in two configurations: with load cells which measure weight gain of the bulk bag filler (three photos at right), and with weigh hoppers suspended above the bag filler (illustration at bottom) allowing simultaneous recharging of the hopper and replacement of the bulk bag to achieve high filling rates.

Metalfab Bulk Bag Filling Stands and Systems are engineered to provide a safe, reliable, and dust free means to fill lined, reusable, and disposable (one way) bags with a wide variety of powders and other difficult to handle dry bulk materials.
The basic cantilever filling stand allows loading from three sides and includes a 60" x 60"diamond plate bag support surface with 5,000 lb. capacity, adjustable bag holding frame fabricated from 3" structural tubing, fixed position bag holding hooks, and frame mounted inflatable bag seal for dust free filling. The main support posts and bag clamp bars are predrilled at 2"intervals to allow adjustment of the frame to accommodate bags from 36-85" in height. All material contact surfaces are 304 stainless steel.
Metalfab can also provide a completely integrated turnkey package inclusive of the stand, a choice of weighing options, feeding systems, cutoff valves, digital control instrumentation for direct connection to a PLC or DCS, and motorized conveyor sections to remove filled bags from the bulk bag or bulk container filling stand.

This range of bagging machines make it possible to bag granulated or powdered products in the ready-made open-mouth bags.
A range of metering-weighing devices installed upstream prepares the doses before filling (net weight).
Bags of between 5 and 50 kg can be processed with or without gussets.
Upstream, different bag closing systems are available: stitching, folding stitching, removal of crepe tab, folding and gluing, welding.

The PACK 50 is the ideal packer for anyone wishing to achieve medium outputs.
The machine can reach a maximum packing speed of 48 bags per minute and with the additional size changeover parts, bag sizes from 500 grams to 2.5 kg (depending on product bulk density) can be packed.
The machine can be fitted with either the auger doser model DVC (for powder products), and/or the cups doser model DVT (for granular products), or with an electronic weigher for handling special products

Universal Sorting and Equalizing System
The UES is a product routing system as an extension to an automatic price labeler. It intelligently compiles batches, boxes or bags with a standardized fixed weight from a choice of products with weight tolerances. Therefore, the UES helps to optimize product usage of food, non-food, fresh and frozen products. The import of the product weights through a standardized data interface from a price labeler saves an additional weighing process.

Particularly selected for certain filling materials owing to flow-mechanical properties, valve-sack filling-machines are manufactured by Möllers in further worldwide proven configurations. The machines, constructed as single packers, are used to achieve higher filling capacities but also in in-line configurations with a common filling material feed and empty-sack feed via a common sack applicator.

Möllers Rotary Impeller Packers fill fine to the finest materials in valve-sacks with high filling capacities. They are composed of the rotary packing silo and attached filling-modules with horizontal filling-impeller, filling valve, filling spout, attached bag rest in DMS load cells and weighing electronics.
