Open or sealed transfer of solids from drums to process equipment
Flexicon "open-chute" and "lift-and-seal" drum dumper models accommodate all popular drum sizes and are available in carbon steel with durable industrial finishes, or in stainless steel with material contact surfaces finished to industrial, food or pharmaceutical standards. All models can discharge directly into process equipment or into hoppers equipped with outlets for connection to Flexicon flexible screw or pneumatic conveyors, or to other process equipment.

Skips and tipping containers from polyethylene (PE) or steel
Due to their low height, compact tipping skips are ideal for use as an auxiliary container to be attached to fork-lift trucks and machinery for example, for the disposal of waste and chippings.
A cable located at the driver’s seat activates the unlocking device and the container then tips forwards
automatically. Subsequently, by lowering the forks the tipping trough is brought back to its loading position. |

Self dicharging boat skip
The AUTOVID PB Boat Skip is designed for handling rubble, earth and other materials around a construction site. The skip is fitted with a hinged reinforced bale arm which offers three advantages over traditional circular tipping skips.
1. With the skip sitting on the ground the bale arm hinges to the rear and this, coupled with its low profile, enables easy loading.
2. When discharging, the vertical position of the skip along with its design ensures a quick and complete operation.
3. The skip can be used by the crane operator without the need for an assistant. The cycle of operation is very simple as the crane operator only has to lift and lower the crane hook. |

The BAB is the ideal piece of equipment on the building site, to be use with a forklift truck.
Especially suitable for moving, storing materials or rubbish, the BAB skip is shock-resistant.
By means of a lever operated system, and by unlocking the skip, the forklift truck operator controls the tipping movement of the skip from his driving position. The skip comes back automatically in locked position after discharging with the reverse lever operation. |

O.ME.P.S. SRL knows what the customers expect from a tipping silo semi-trailers manufacturer: innovation, quality and economization. For that reason our engineers have designed a new chassis for the tipping silo semi-trailers, creating the new range of the CR Light Liner.
The choice of new aluminium extrusion sections allow to reduce the dead weight of the CR 59 silo semi-trailer, just 6.600 kg and to raise its payload: the chassis has been entirely bolted with special self-braking bolts, the oil tank has been put on the front side of the frame, so that the rear transom supporting the lending legs is lighter during the tipping step.
Moreover the safety for the vehicle stabilization has been improved thanks to the application of a double bolt die on the manual lending legs and a double locking valve on the hydraulic lending legs.
The main characteristics of such a light tipping liner is the lowest barycentre of the loaded semi-trailer and the particular care for the details. |

The tipping horizontal pressure tank O.ME.P.S. type CM 25 is manufactured of Peraluman 45 R light alloy to transport powdery foodstuff (flour) for a total capacity of 25 m3. It is tested at 2 bar pressure according to the standard PED 97/23/CE.
The vertical discharge system is equipped with:
n° 03 load manholes with 3 wing nuts’ closing;
atoxic and polyvalent unloading system;
n° 1 aluminium bottom for the product unloading, complete of butterfly valve, Ø 150 mm;
atoxic rubber pipeline;
accident protection (n° 1 anti-slip ladder, n° 1 gangway with a pneumatic safety handrail) according to the standard C.M. 294/93;
n° 2 unloading hoses, Ø 100 mm, 6 m long, complete of their hosetubes;
tank chassis in S 355 JR steel, equipped with n° 2 saddles for the tank support;
hydraulic system compound of tipping cylinder, valves group for the control, hydraulic circuit with pipeline and connectors, hydraulic oil tank, rear stabilizing legs, kit hydraulic pump
Tank painting: unique tint O.ME.P.S. WHITE (different colour/logo application on demand)
