Key's Direct StreamTM Wash System is an integrated, patent pending method of washing and centrifugally drying fresh cut produce. From Key's Freshline group of products, Direct StreamTM ensures that cut products are "streamed" in a uniform and regulated manner through the wash to the centrifuge's drums.
Direct StreamTM Wash Systems offers effective log reductions of bacteria by using multistage wash systems in series. |

The hydrokinetic washers exploit the mechanical action of the liquid (usually water and detergent or water-based solvent), moved at high pressure and flow-rate inside a washing chamber that includes a rotating drum holder.
Typical applications include the treatment of considerable amounts of turned items, inserted in large drums, although other pieces, also of large size, can be directly placed inside them.
The combined action of the moved liquid and the rotation of the pieces around their axis facilitates the removal of oily residues, and especially of all process residues.
The washing cycle is based on a spray phase and an immersion phase, during which the detergent solution is shaken vigorously. This combines the chemical action of the degreaser with the mechanical action of the jets.
This procedure may be followed by a rinsing phase and by air or air-vacuum drying. |

High volume tests of automotive hose assemblies etc. Pressure test, leak test, flow test, volume expansion test, high pressure cleaning and dry blowing in the same cycle.
We have long experience in pressure testing, leak testing and cleanliness. Here the expression “weakest link in the chain” is really valid. When you wash a tube it’s very important that you get the pressure drop in the test object and not in the machine. We have developed a system of sandwich valves, pressure transformers, etc which we need in the system. We are practically the only ones in the market who use servo hydraulics to generate the test pressure. It costs more than pneumatic intensifiers but the advantages are significant.

The equipments Ceever "Robot" serie are machines composed by different basins, one or more automatic trolley for the automatic mouvement of the baskets from one basin to another and one gallery that closes everything.
The big success of this kind of equipment is mainly obtained by its own versatility, big productions rate, very good reliability and the very low enviromental impact.
The versatility is, at first, a constructive versatility : it's possible to adapt it to several kind of treatments cycles and to adapt very different kind of automatic loading and unloading system.
Another very important feature is the "random system" that allows to choose for every basked its own treatment program: it's possible to give a program to every basket that's going to be treated in order not to work by lot. This system gives a very big versatility in the use of the equipment. |

Sprymaster plants are washing booths provided with fixed or rotating internal platform for spray washing with a water-based detergent.
Operation is clean, odourless and fully isolated from the surrounding environment. The spraying chamber is closed by a front door driven by one or two pneumatic cylinder(s) or a motor reducer and racks. The ducts of the spraying nozzle network are oriented in the washing chamber.
The jet configuration has been arranged in such a way as to cover the surface of the items being treated through a procedure which includes chemical, mechanical and thermal functions. |

Aqueous products range from our Bransonic® line of tabletop cleaners to our sophisticated Benchmark cleaning consoles for the semiconductor and disk drive industries. Between are many choices in pre-configured units and modular cleaning lines to meet the most demanding production requirements. Typical applications include particulate removal, defluxing, and many others. Deionizers, coalescers, and other water treatment and waste water treatment support modules are available.
New aqueous cleaning methods have refined industrial cleaning and provide effective, environmentally-friendly results. Water is the most common cleaning fluid and, invariably, systems using aqueous-based solutions are safe to handle, have low operating costs, and are effective over a wide range of applications. In addition to being environmentally friendly, there are a number of other benefits to utilizing a water based system. These include factors like:
Literally thousands of chemistry choices
Effective on a wide variety of soils
Low Volatile Organic Compound content
Compatible with most materials of construction
Low operating costs when used with recycling equipment

Gleaning Machine PSM The high-performance PSM Cleaning Machine - now available with recirculating air sifter - for coffee, cocoa, nuts and pulses. Machines with a throughput of 5-60t/h can be supplied.
The machine comprises a completely enclosed dust- proof sieve box. The two sieves, for coarse and fine separation, are fitted with rubber sieve cleaning elements. The drawer construction of the sieves enables them to be replaced easily. The low-energy eccentric drive develops an extremely quiet and highly effective rotary action which can be continuously adjusted up to 30 mm.
In the newly designed recirculating air sifter, dust and lightw'eight material is cleanly separated from the product and discharged through a cyclone. Up to 80-85% of the clean air is returned to the sifter through specially shaped trunking. The remaining air is passed to the filter assembly. It has been possible to reduce the size of the filters and thus save energy |

| Modern plastic producers spend ever-increasing amounts of money on more and more complicated tooling which still has to be cleaned to maintain product quality. Techne approached this problem some years ago and now have a range of equipment designed to remove unwanted material from production hardware without damage to the part(s) being cleaned. The Fluidised Bath is a thermal process that degrades plastic residues to carbon and comes away from the bath as CO2. This fast cleaning process enable costly machinery to be put back into production with the minimum delay. Baths operate from a factory air supply or if required inert gases such as nitrogen, full range of fume treatment apparatus is available. |
