The leaking material is in microfiber of idrorepellente glass lacking in cellulose, in class of filtration from F5 to F9. The ten After Filter-Exhauster combinations are designed to capture dust particles as small as 0.3 microns using cotton sateen cloth filter tubes as the filter media. Equipped with top mounted Exhausters which pull contaminated air to the filter tubes, releasing clean air into the work area, where permitted, or into the atmosphere. They are completely weatherproofed for outdoor applications, when equipped with vent cover. Recommended Exhauster sizes and specifications are to be found in the chart below. Electrically operated, manually controlled shakers are standard on the FT 40S, FT 140S, FT 64S, and FT 164S series, Optional on FT 24S Series.

Improve the performance and protection of your compressed air and gas system with PPC's small flow filter line. Our small flow filter line consists of three sizes of "T" type housings designed for flows up to100 scfm at 100 psig. The housings are fabricated using epoxy coated aluminum for the 35 and 60 scfm sizes and epoxy coated carbon steel for the 100 scfm size. They feature our high performance air and gas filter cartridges.

ATI Dust Filters are narrow profile EMI dust and air filters. An aluminum frame surrounds aluminum tinsel media and is welded in place. Aluminum tinsel media filters the air and entraps dust particles. The aluminum frame and tinsel media combination performs as a gasket. Alco-Knit gaskets are supplied on select extrusion profiles. Dust filters are supplied in standard .172 through hole diameters for easy installation mounting. Depending upon location, filters may be vacuum cleaned in place or removed and blown with light compressed air or cleaned with mild detergent. ATI Dust Filters are primarily used at air intake locations requiring narrow space limitations to entrap dust particles, shield and cool air flow.

The filter type FBI is a filtering unit with a counter current cleaning system employed to separate pulverized solid products, which are suspended in the air or in other gaseous products. The filter is equipped with a tank to accumulate pressurized air and the sleeves' cleaning system, both contained inside the filter body. The cleaning system is controlled and managed by a cyclic electronic timer with a ?P incorporated. The filter is supplied with the work and pause sequences programmed and may be reprogrammed according to the client's requirement. It is also equipped with a three digit display to visualize the inlet differential pressure. The efficiency of the filter type FBI is within the values prescribed by the current anti-pollution italian law (d.P.R. 203/88). Its construction is also in conformity with european directive and italian law (d. Lgs. 277/91) On noise reduction in the working environment. The filter shape is cylindrical with the sleeves' extraction from the top. Its engineering is a result of the research and experience in the dry filtering with the use of sleeves and optimization of space in the plants. The air-product mixture is suctioned in the filter. The heavier product particles drop to the bottom by gravitational force whilst the lighter rise to the top and are filtered by the filtering sleeves wich are supported by steel frames. All filters may be executed in carbon steel, stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316, and aluminium.

willcombi filters are designed to answer to all specific customer applications whatever the shape, composition and purpose is. It can be composed of several layers (willpore L, willpore D, willfelt and willhepa) as well as different type of coverings (printed or not), with or without single packaging.
It's possible to combine several layers of active carbon filters. Each layer can be targeted at a specific type of fume (organic, ammoniac, acidic, etc.) or serve to increase filtration efficiency. It's also possible to add a pre-filter to increase the life span of the active carbon or dust filters from 0,1 to 1 microns. This multi-purpose filter can be mounted in boxes made of cardboard, plastic or a non-woven material. It's possible to add various markings or brands on each unit (e.g. name of customer, company logo, etc.).

AGET silo vents are installed directly on the silo or bin, where collected dust trapped in the filters falls back into the bin when the tubes are shaken. Dust-laden air created by loading of the silo is filtered and exits from a weather protected bird-proof outlet. Motorized filter shakers less controls are standard. Exhausters can be included (see below) to relieve system back pressure and create a negative pressure in the bin. See "Pull-Through" filters for specs. Larger models and optional filter fabrics are available.
