Laird Technologies has a solution to air strainer and Electromagnetic interference shielding in electronic enclosures. The Electro-Air EMI/Dust Filtration Panel, consisting of layered, woven and crimped wire mesh plus filtering media (as needed), captures microscopic airborne contaminants while providing minimal air flow impedance.
The panel%u2019s Emc gasket prevents signal migration to the enclosed sensitizing electronic equipment. When measured according to MIL-STD-285, the panel provides industrial shielding effectiveness in excess of 60 dB for a range of 18 MHz to 1 GHz plane wave.

This after-filter retains polluting particles thanks to the following main filtration effects: diffusion, inertia and direct interception.
It is recommended for those machining processes producing fine mists from soluble oil mixed with dusts (especially of conducting materials: e.g. cast iron processes, pressure die-casting etc.).
Our after-filter is available in various models with two different levels of efficiency:
EU9 and EU13. The last one is able to retain also some smokes.
The fibreglass after-filter can be used in combination with the three kinds of industrial air filters (turbine single and double wringer) and with all our modular filtration units.

Dry professional seals for supplier of compressors and turbines require clean, dry gas to maintain seal integrity and ensure longevity. Gas seal support systems as specified in API-614 require professional filters and sometimes water-removing coalescers to ensure gas quality to the seals.
For critical seal gas filtration, the ideal arrangement is to have “duplex” filters. In the duplex configuration, there is always one filter on-line filtering and/or “drying” the gas, even when the other filter element is being replaced.

Bühler Sample Gas filtration
Sample gas streams must be conditioned to provide particulate and moisture-free gas to the professional analyzer.
The AGF-PV-30 with the Bühler Unique QC bracket provides fine filtration and easy replacement of the professional filter media without the use of tools. This means the filter media can be changed in a matter of seconds.

The traditional design of heated particulate professional filters requires considerable maintenance and down time due to the work required to change the filter media.
Buhler’s AHF-22 incorporates a new advanced design that eliminates much of this work and sets new standards for ease and speed of maintenance. A spent filter can be changed in seconds and does not require dismantling the unit. Simply turn the handle 90 ° and the filter element slides out for replacement.
Depending on the application, the filter can be heated by self-regulating or controller-regulated cartridges.

Balston® Steam strainers that permit direct steam contact with food are now available from Parker Hannifin Corp.
Balston Steam Industrial filters remove 98+% of 0.1 micron particles and 100% of all visible particles from steam. Liquid condensate is removed at the same efficiency as for solid particles. Models are available to handle flow rates of up to 3,000 lbs/hr.
Other benefits of Balston Steam filters include: Reduction in steam condensate mixing with the food products when steam is used for agitating, mixing or cooking; significant reduction in carryover of professional boiler feedwater chemicals into the food product, causing taste and odor problems; greatly reduced maintenance requirements for cocks, cookers, suppliers of heat exchangers, and other equipment.
Balston Steam Filters are in full compliance with the requirements of the US Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
