Pulse-Jet Bags
Standard Filter manufactures pulse-jet and plenum pulse filter bags. These bags use support cages to allow air flow from the exterior of the bag and exiting through the interior.
Shaker Bags
We provide a wide variety of filter bags for use in shaker type collectors. We manufacture bags from wovens and shakerfelts. Standard Filter's engineering department can recommend the media that will give you the performance you expect from your shaker unit.
Reverse-Air Bags
A wide variety of reverse air bag types can be designed and manufactured. Typical top designs are strap top, loop top, cord top cuff, compression band tops with steel caps or grommet top bags. Bottom designs can be raw edge, cuffed, compression band or beaded cuff.
Welded Seam Bags
Needle holes in the vertical seam of a filter bag can be a conduit for fine particulate bleed through. In order to give you the most efficient filter possible, Standard Filter can manufacture one piece welded filter tubes.

Mikro-Pleat™ Pleated Filters
Mikro-Pleat pleated filters combine the advantages of both traditional pulse-jet filter bags and cartridge filters. Mikro-Pleat pleated filters can improve the performance of your existing baghouse by increasing the effective cloth area.
Application Versatility
Mikro-Pleat pleated filters are more resistant to temperature, moisture and abrasion that other filter cartridges. In fact, they are even washable in some cases, allowing complete cleaning of the filters to avoid collected product contamination.

U.S. Air Filtration can provide dust collector filters for all types of air filtration systems. A pleated bag filter is a bag made of a length of filter media folded into numerous pleats and shaped like a cylinder. The pleats are made such that the outer diameter of the pleated bag matches the outer diameter of a regular cylinder filter bag. The filter media is fitted to the bottom end cap and top sleeve arrangement and the bag cap is attached. The spacing of pleats is normally kept at 2-3 times the area of cylindrical bags which gives it that much extra filter media for the same space consumed.

When it comes to baghouses, lots of people in the wood, plastics and food industries have seen one. (The key word here is "one".) Many think they're all similar. Actually, there have been several thousand manufacturers over the past century making a wildly diverse range of designs. The handful of makers that still exist do so because their products work.
Like many pieces of shop equipment, baghouse filters need periodic replacement. If your unit (or the affordable used one you just found at an auction) is almost an antique and/or you can't locate the OEM, we can make replacement bags or sleeves for it. In most cases our engineered fabrics will substantially improve its performance at the same time.

QualityPak Synthetic Bag Filters
The "Quality Pak" synthetic bag filter is a cost effective, high efficiency filter. Multiple pockets increases surface area and service life. Available in many face and depth dimensions as well as various pocket quantities for maximum performance and minimum cost. Synthetic media does not shed glass particles into the air stream. Available in ASHRAE 52.1 ratings 45%, 65%, 85%, and 95%.

TURBOPOL
Rigid pocket filter in polypropylene.
ll filter TURBOPOL is constituted from a chassis in totally riciclabile polypropylene. The leaking material is in polypropylene 100% idrorepellente, antimicrobico, in class of filtration from F5 to F9, with separators anch' they in polypropylene. The filter does not introduce to its inside some metallic member, as the assemblage of the chassis and the resistor of the leaking septum concurs to avoid ulterior reinforces. The glue chassis being completely on all sides, with sealing hot melt, is lacking in any by pass of the air. The air crosses alone and exclusively the leaking septum. The leaking septum that it constitutes filter TURBOPOL is in 100% polypropylene.
The polypropylene has a density progressive, the more rough towards the outside, finer towards the inside. This characteristic detail of the material allows a better withholding of particles and consequently a greater one I accumulate of the powders. The leaking septum is folded to form of V, with a patented system, that it always previews the use of separators in polypropylene. ACS HEK-series compact rigid bag filters are manufactured using the latest mini-pleat technology. The pleated filter packs are produced from high efficiency, water-repellent glass fibre paper, finely pleated and spaced to maximise surface area. The packs are assembled in a V-formation and sealed in a rigid supporting frame. This design provides high efficiency filtration in air conditioning systems where space is limited and high air volume is required. It also allows for an extended service life, capable of withstanding high air turbulence and vibration which is equally effective in high humidity conditions.
