The Grooved Method
Grinnell couplings and grooved-end fittings are universally used for joining grooved end pipe in a wide variety of piping systems.They are designed to provide a self-centering joint which accommodates the application of pressure, vacuum & other external forces, while limiting the burdensome need for special supports, expansion joints etc.
Flexible and Rigid Couplings
Flexible couplings provide designed in clearances between the housing key sections & the pipe grooves to permit both angular and longitudinal movement of the pipe.Rigid Couplings provide a rigid, locked-in pipe connection. Rigidity is attained simply; it is built-in.The Rigid System is based on a technologically advanced housing design that conforms to and grips the pipe.Couplings are available in painted & galvanized finish.

Autoclave Engineers medium pressure and high pressure fittings use the coned-and-threaded connection. This metal to metal connection features orifice sizes to match the high flow characteristics of this series. Autoclave's fittings and tubing are used as fluid handling components for the chemical/petrochemical, research, and oil and gas industries and have different ranges capable of operating to 150,000 psi (10,000 bar) and range from 1/4" to 1 1/2" tube sizes.

FitQuik™ Connectors offer hundreds of new fluid management solutions for customers worldwide
Colder Products Company introduces more than 350 new fittings and luers. The new line of FitQuik™ Connectors adds hundreds of cost-effective connection options to its current product offering of quick disconnect couplings and fittings.
“Our customers have been asking for a single source for high-quality fittings, luers and couplings; we’ve added these products to meet this demand,” said Dennis Downs, business development manager. “This vastly expanded offering gives medical device manufacturers and OEMs thousands of connector options from one supplier, making it easier to order multiple part numbers.”
FitQuik Connectors are manufactured under Colder’s rigorous quality standards and are available in both black and white nylon and animal-free, natural polypropylene. These fittings feature precise hose barbs and thread forms to ensure a secure fit. New fitting styles include luers, tube-to-tube, thread-to-tube, blood pressure fittings and are offered with NPT and 10-32 threads. Additional configurations and materials will be added as part of an extensive product line expansion.

PRIME double compression (Double ferrule) tube fittings provide a leak proof, torque free joints in all instrumentation & process tubing connections which will withstand high pressure, Impulse, Vacuum, Vibration and temperature. These features eliminate costly, hazardous leaks and provide highest safety and maintenance free tubing joints.
All action in the fittings move axially, i.e. Tube is not twisted during assembly. Since no torque is transmitted from the fittings to the tubing, there is no initial strain, which might weaken the tubing. Each part in the fitting assembly is machined to most exacting dimensional tolerance on CNC machines. Total quality management is practiced throughout the manufacturing process as per ISO standard to achieve best quality joints at all tubing end connections. PRIME tube fitting assembly consist of four precision machined components namely body, nut, front ferrule and back ferrule. All you need to do is to insert the tube and tighten the nut by 1 ¼ turn from finger tight position. This action forces both front & back ferrule to move forward between nut and body, Back ferrule is driven against the taper rare of the front ferrule and swaged radially inward on the tube & thus holding the tube against vibration and mechanical pull due to pressure. Back ferrule also lift the front ferrule out to form a full faced seal on the taper surface of the body. Front ferrule also moves forward against the taper portion of the fitting body and due to wedging action forces inward, gripping and subsequently sealing the front edge tightly on to the tubing.
