IDEALFLEX Cable Carriers
It is a closed cable carrier made of galvanized sheet, which consists of a carrying section and a steel guiding strip which is connected to one of the four sides of this section. This enables only a one-way bend to the side of the steel strip. Bends in the other directions are disabled. It is proven by load tests that nor after 10 million cycles are the cables damaged nor is the flexible carrier worn.
IDEALFLEX meets the technical and safety regulations and complies with the DIN 57113/VDE 0113 standards.
The cable carrier is also resistant to all cooling liquids and lubricants commonly used with machine tools.
Attachment
On both ends of the section, there are stubbed or riveted on flanges which can be attached by several ways. (See the table.)
Cables and hoses which are laid loose in the section must be fixed to both ends of the carrier. To ensure the maximum service life of IDEALFLEX, it is necessary to provide its support or guiding in a channel if the section is long. The length of the channel should be equal to at least a half of the length of elevation. The most suitable attachment of the end of a cable carrier is in the middle of the elevation distance. In this way the shortest length of the carrier and the lowest price can be achieved.
-RM quality (for a low rate of movement) to 20 m/min IDEALFLEX with a steel guiding strip.
- RS quality (for a medium rate of movement)
20 to 50 m/min
IDEALFLEX with a steel guiding strip glued with a special adhesive.
- RV quality (for a high rate of movement) over 50 m/min IDEALFLEX with a synthetic guiding strip glued with a special adhesive

Already at the end of the seventies NIEDAX decided to take the COLOR-trunkings, made of steel, into the range.
Two lines with three different measurements each came onto the market in 1980 then.
Steady expansions and the fact that ideas and suggestions from installers and planners were taken into account, have allowed this product group to expand to such vast range. Today the standard program covers, 25 different measurements made of steel, 5 profiles made of aluminium and corresponding fittings, balustrade-covering and other accessories.
Based on the long experience of our construction division countless special variations were furthermore carried out in the course of time.

Slotted Wall Duct
Standard slotted wall Pro-Duct features break-away fingers which provide additional access for wire leads. Each section of the duct is provided with two score lines. The upper score line is used to break away fingers when a greater opening is required. The lower score line allows the sidewall to be smoothly cut for joints and "T's". Certain sizes of slotted wall wiring duct are available in intrinsic blue color. This indicates that the control panel is intrinsically safe - often required in applications where explosive gases exist. Contact HellermannTyton for details and specific sizes of intrinsic blue, slotted wall wiring duct.

InfoStream® Multi-Channel Raceway
HellermannTyton's InfoStream Multi-Channel Raceway is a revolutionary design for non-metallic raceway system. The elliptical shape is aesthetically pleasing when compared to other designs. By using the three rails to snap in dividers, the InfoStream system can accommodate up to four separate channels of electrical, voice, data, video or fiber optic cabling. InfoStream's unique and patented design make installations quicker and easier. The raceway and fittings are manufactured from a UL 94V-0 rated material.
Features a unique, elliptically shaped profile which is currently offered only by HellermannTyton. The rounded profile offers both a sleek appearance and also helps absorb shock if the raceway is inadvertently struck. InfoStream speeds installation as the raceway's hinged cover can be partially mounted prior to laying cables, while doubling as a ledge, preventing wire and cable from falling out of the raceway during installation.
Compatible with HellermannTyton's single channel TSR line of raceway, InfoStream offers up to 4 separate channels for electrical, voice, data, video or fiber optic cabling. The InfoStream system is U.L. Listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. InfoStream is available in 8 and 10 foot lengths in office white and electrical ivory.

Exel Composites Cable Support Systems offer engineers a structural product for solving many design and plant engineering problems, enabling long term reliable support of expensive and often critical cables. Products possess unique properties which enable them to resist many corrosive environments, particularly where conditions indicate that conventional materials will not provide an economic service life.
Constructed from glass reinforced thermoset resins, Cable Support Systems are designed and manufactured with a structural integrity normally only associated with steel and aluminium, but without their corrosion, weight and electrical conductivity problems. Procuts resist acids, salts, alkalis and a wide range of aggressive chemicals and environments which have drastic effects on galvanised steel and aluminium. They have a superior strength to weight ratio compared to steel or aluminium whilst maintaining a similar structural integrity. Pultruded fibreglass profiles have a specific gravity of one-fourth that of steel and two thirds that of aluminium, allowing for considerable simplified erection and handling. Composite cable ladder and tray is non conductive and non magnetic, meaning a safer support system. Fibreglass composites are transparent to radio frequency transmissions.
A wide variety of industries take advantage of the benefits of composite Cable Support Systems. e.g. Chemical Processing, Petrochemical, Mineral Processing, Ports and Harbours, and Aluminium and Bauxite Processing.
Exel quality and environment policy complies with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 (Bureau Veritas Certification).

When your installation calls for laying a large number of cables, we recommend the use of cable ladder.
This solution offers the advantage of improving ventilation, thus avoiding overheating and damage to the confined cables, enabling higher electrical currents to pass through the runs.
We have designed two types of cable ladders, adapted to two types of installations.
The EAC-CES cable ladders satisfy most everyday needs. They have the advantage of being collapsable and so easier to store. The ELP-CES extended length ladder is ideal for arrangements with a heavy load or over an extended distance.
With their quick locking splice bars, assembly and installation of these two models are very easy. Both types of cable ladder have the same accessory systems: splice bars, bends, T and cruciform junctions, reducers, covers, etc.

We can offer you different cable tray profiles, including the P.S profile, and the P.S.n. profile (new product).
The P.S. profile is a safety product, with its shape designed to reduce the risks of injury during installation.
Moreover, the P.S. edges improve the rigidity of the structure. This asset enables lighter tray to be used, allowing for greater distances between supports. In turn, this leads to a reduction in the number of parts required and hence, to a reduction in assembly cost.
Several other types of cable tray profile are available: Straight, Omega, C profile edge, etc.
All our tray models are compatible with an extensive range of accessories: cranked, interlocking splice bars, both flat and for crimping; tray base joints; 90° and 135° angled bends; convex, concave, cruciform, T joints etc.
