The Guardian range of infrared gas monitors offers near-analyser quality
continuous sampling, measurement and display of target gas concentrations at an attractive price.
The Guardian SP is a high accuracy monitor offering increased short term stability in lower ranges than Guardian plus models.
For many years, Edinburgh Sensors has pioneered novel non-dispersive infra-red dual wavelength sensors with a single optical path and without moving parts. This ensures long term stability, without the need for frequent re-calibration and makes the sensor highly gas specific and insensitive to other gases or water vapour.
The Guardian plus uses a robust infra-red source, proven in the Gascard II sensor, to ensure long lifetime and reduced susceptibility to shock. The reliability is further enhanced by the elimination of all moving parts from the sensor head.
The Guardian SP is easily maintained requiring only a few minutes per year to replace the hydrophobic particle filter in the inlet housing and a simple calibration procedure to check the accuracy, typically once a year. Applications include plant physiology, horticulture, fruit storage, leak detection, landfill, ventilation control, process control, furnace applications.
The Guardian SP includes an internal pump, liquid crystal display and temperature correction. It also offers a range of user-selectable bit-switches to control the latching alarms and analogue output options. The input power to the unit is user selectable to cover world-wide voltage and frequency standards.

The LumaSense Photoacoustic Field Gas-Monitor Innova - 1412 is a highly accurate, reliable and stable quantitative gas monitor. Its measurement principle is based on the photoacoustic infra-red detection method. This means that the 1412 can measure almost any gas that absorbs infra-red light.
Appropriate optical filters (up to 5 + water vapor) are installed in the 1412's filter carousel so that it can selectively measure the concentration of up to 5 component gases and water vapor in any air sample. Further, the instrument can compensate for interference between the measured gases, using the unique Cross-compensation feature. The 1412's detection limit is gas-dependent but typically in the 10-² ppm region.

The Model FL3100H is an Ultraviolet / Infrared flame detector designed to detect fires and provide alarm outputs directly from the detector while maintaining false alarm immunity. It detects fires by monitoring in both the ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) spectral ranges, making it highly immune to false alarms. There is also a hydrogen-specific detector available that detects hydrogen fires.
FL3100 Series flame detectors' electronics are integral within their explosion-proof housings, allowing detector information to be processed at the point of detection. The detectors also provide a 4-20mA stepped output signal indicating detector status. The COPM (Continuous Optical Path Monitoring) self-test feature checks the optical path integrity (window cleanliness) and the detectors' electronic circuitry once every minute.

UV/IR FLAME DETECTOR
Net Safety's Ultra-violet/Infrared ( UV/IR ) flame detector delivers high performance security with functions and features that set it apart. The flame detection reacts to both UV and IR flame radiation delivering accurate and reliable fire monitoring, yet is immune to arc welding, hot body radiation, lightning or sunlight. Two spectrums of radiation must be recognized and confirmed by precisely tuned sensors for the UV/IR to initiate a fire condition, greatly reducing false alarms while providing critical safety performance to your site and personnel.
Enclosed in a rugged, explosion-proof housing, the Net Safety UV/IR flame detectors use the latest in modular microprocessor and UV/IR sensor technology — delivering accurate and reliable monitoring for hydrocarbon fires. It's capable of stand-alone operation or can be connected to a variety of control devices to create a dependable fire monitoring system. The user can define sensitivity and time delay settings and the built-in testing routines ensure continous operation.
The UV/IR Flame Detector has a extra wide field of view - up to 120 degrees, it has one of the lowest power consumption levels available on the market and a wide voltage range - all of these factors can lower your overall cost of ownership during design, installation and power draw requirements. This can add up to thousands of dollars PER DETECTOR over it's installation.
Net Safety has engineered a superior and affordable, UV/IR flame detector that is simple to operate and maintain while delivering all the security and performance required for high-risk, industrial installations!

PHOENIX TRIPLE IR (MULTISPECTRUM FLAME DETECTOR
Very serious risks to human life, productivity and equipment are always present at industrial facilities that store, transport and process flammable or explosive chemicals. Automatic flame detection and protective action must be initiated within seconds whenever a fire ignites. Net Safety's Phoenix Triple IR Multi-spectrum flame detector provides the reliable and instantaneous flame detection response that is required in high-risk environments while utilizing advanced technologies to reduce false alarm events and provide rock-solid performance in any environment.
The Phoenix will only alarm when input conditions from three distinct IR wavelengths found in fires are satisfied. The Phoenix also incorporates our unique Automatic Digital Zoom (ADZ) technology which provides accurate detection of small and massive flames in the most difficult working situations where other detectors fail. Three precisely tuned IR sensors, ADZ technology, Automatic Visual Integrity, user selectable sensitivity and time delay provide unparalleled false alarm immunity and detection performance.
The Phoenix Triple IR is the ONLY flame detector on the market that does not have an external reflector or light source. Experience has shown that external reflectors and light sources often become obscured by industrial dirt and corrosion which causes unwanted fault alarms that requires difficult and costly maintenance to correct. The Phoenix Triple IR flame detector completely eliminates these issues in applications where salt, dust, petroleum vapor, heavy rain, snow or blowing sand are present.

The self-checking SAFYR PACKSCAN flame detectors are designed for monitoring solid or liquid fuel burners (oil, pulverised coal, heavy liquid residues). They are adapted for multi-burner installations by facilitating flame discrimination.
A binary safety signal is transmitted in the presence or absence of a flame. The output signal is also available on terminals for recording or remote display purposes.
Operation of the SAFYR PACKSCAN flame detector is based on the characteristic flickering phenomena of flames, generally between 0 to 150HZ. It uses a silicium photodiode cell, adapted to the combustion frequency in the visible light band (320 to 1100nm).
A display indicates all the configured parameters, as well as the detection level.
30 years of experience in the field of flame detection gives the SAFYR PACKSCAN the following advantages :
• An ‘all in one concept’ with an integrated amplifier in the scanner head for easy installation.
• Two microprocessors for increased safety and reliability.
• Approved by APAVE to meet all safety criteria requirements
• Detection level indicator to simplify commissioning
• Various standard confi guration methods by internal switches, by remote and by serial link, to simplify configuration
• Two SPDT output switches to indicate flame presence and proper detector operation
