| Variable Flow Control Valves maintain the flow rate of hydraulic fluid to a selected value. Applications include hydraulic cylinders requiring constant extension or retraction speeds and hydraulic motors requiring constant rotational speeds. When used with a fixed delivery pump the excess flow is By-Passed across a relief valve. |
|
The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10” H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004” to .040”. |

KOFLOC 2203
The KOFLOC Variable Secondary Pressure Flow Controller Valve MODEL 2203 SERIES is a control valve for precise control of minute gas flow and maintaining constant flow under fluctuating secondary pressure (outlet), provided the supply pressure remains constant. This characteristic makes it a must-have preliminary valve in many flow control mechanisms. Constructed using high precision parts, the design of the MODEL 2203 SERIES transforms the rotation of the regulating screw to into linear motion of the needle without subjecting it to gaps and vibrations produced by the screw, to ensure stable and even control of minute flow.
FEATURES
♦ Excellent flow stabilization
♦ Clean construction
♦ Independent from secondary pressure fluctuations
APPLICATIONS
♦ Gas chromatography
♦ Environmental analysis
♦ Atomic absorption spectrometry
♦ Gas mixing
♦ R&D
♦ General industrial use |

KOFLOC 2412/2412M
The KOFLOC Precision Needle Valve MODEL 2412 SERIES is designed to control minute flows with precision and ease, controlling minute flow stably and accurately, as low as 0.5 ML/MIN. It has been widely used in numerous applications from general industrial applications to analytical equipment such as AAS (Atomic absorption spectrometer). The needle orifice of the MODEL 2412 SERIES has a temperature compensating structure (US P.A.F.) achieving the characteristic of 0.3%/˚C for gas temperatures between 15 ˚C to 35˚C. MODEL 2412 SERIES includes 15 different needle valves to offer optimum flow control corresponding to various flow levels MODEL 2412M SERIES with Multi-Dial is a precision needle valve with a radial gauge to give simple means to approximate flow volume
FEATURES
♦ Accurate control of minute flow
♦ Wide needle variation
♦ Non-rotating needle
♦ Wide operating temperature range
APPLICATIONS
♦ Atomic absorption spectrometer
♦ Burn control
♦ Research and development
♦ Air sampler
♦ Filter testing
♦ Burn control
(2412M)
♦ Can be used as a substitute for a flowmeter
♦ Detection of flow pass resistance fluctuations |

Whatever you want from a Bulk Materials cut-off valve you’ve got it with Clyde Materials unbeatable Dome Valve® - the cost effective valve solution.
The Clyde Dome Valve®, widely regarded as the original and best material handling valve in the world, offers exceptional life from only a single moving part. The Dome Valve® is recognised as a low maintenance, long life solution that can last at least 1 million cycles between maintenance inspections. It has the ability to cut through static or moving columns of material and is pressure-tight, ensuring a consistent pressure tight seal is created when the valve is in the closed position, but in the open position it provides an unrestricted full bore opening for the best product flow characteristics possible. The Dome Valve® can also be used as a line, vessel or reactor isolation valve.
The Dome Valve® enhances other technologies from Clyde Materials Handling, a leading provider of pneumatic injection, conveying, materials handling & vacuum cleaning solutions.
The solutions we create for our customers generate many benefits and are backed by three decades of domain knowledge, expertise and a track record of generating exemplary success.
Dome Valve® sold in the United States under the trade name ‘Spheri Valve’ |

| Demand continues to mount for improved comfort conditioning combined with lower operating costs. New architectural designs have created real problems for contractors and engineers to maintain humidity control at reduced loads, and to control load variations. Refrigeration and air conditioning systems are usually designed to provide a given capacity at maximum conditions. These operate with little fluctuation throughout a narrow load range. However, only the larger size machines make any provisions for operation at reduced capacity. In some systems, integral cylinder unloading, the installation of a gas engine drive with variable speed control, or even multiple smaller systems, provide a logical solution. |

Superior Design:
Hayward all-plastic diaphragm valves have been specifically designed to perform in the most demanding liquid, gas, and slurry applications in both on/off and modulating service.
Position Indicator:
Hayward's standard highly visible, beacon-type position indicator will always give positive position indication, unlike rising stem indicators that can be inaccurate because of misadjusted stems. Sight panels are made from clear Eastar®.
Diaphragm Saver:
The Diaphragm Saver travel stop is a standard feature on all sizes of Hayward Diaphragm Valves. Its special design prevents overcompression of the diaphragm and prolongs its service life.
No Corrosion Problems:
These valves have no wetted metal components. The valves will never fail because of corrosion and they do not require painting or epoxy coating to stand up to aggressive environments.
True Union Design:
Hayward Diaphragm Valves with socket or threaded connections have a true union design so that they can be removed from the line without having to disconnect piping connections. |

Style 575 Angle Ball Valve
The Dresser® Style 575 Angle Ball Valve provides dual service... as a main-to-service compression end tee connection, and as a shut-off valve.
Constructed of a unique combination of a rugged ductile iron body and a highstrength engineered plastic plug, the "575" valve offers a low torque 90-degree operation with positive, bottle-tight shut-off at pressures up to 125 psi.
Designed for durability under all service conditions, the interface of ductile and engineered plastic components eliminates any possibility of valve freeze-up due to corrosion.
The "575" eliminates the presence of an isolated metallic valve in a plastic service. The ductile material in the valve body is compatible with the cast iron main, so there's no need for anoding and monitoring. Plus, an optional AL-CLAD® Plastisol coating can provide even greater external corrosion protection. The compression end for connecting the service is of a time-proven Dresser design and meets all the requirements of D.O.T. 192.283(b), providing a permanent seal and pull-out resistance greater than the PE tubing in tension.
The "575" is available in inlet sizes 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" MIPT and an outlet size of 1-1/8" OD, but it can be readily adapted to other outlet sizes as required. |
