Pressure compensated, division 50/50 as standard. Both motor and cylinder applications divide or combine flows from two actuators to keep the speeds relatively equal

Flow Divider MTDA
These flow dividing valves divide a flow in two usually equal parts. When flow passes through a valve in the opposite direction, the two part-flows are combined into one single flow (added).
The dividing and combining functions are largely independent of the pressures of the two divided flows and of the fluid viscosity.
Advantages
* These valves do not require maintenance. This lowers costs and reduces the risk of a system failure.
* Flows can be split or merged with accuracy (divide/combine functions).
* The flow division ratio can be altered to suit customer requirements.
* Options:
- end-of-stroke equalisation
- make-up valves
- check valves
- pressure-relief valves

HBM Flow Divider Valve is produced in 6 nominal sizes, provides division of flow from a pump into equal parts, normally used to divide flow one pump to two actuators. The flow range is 3 to 60 lpm, ration division 50/50 and 250 bar maximum pressure.

Priority Type Flow Dividers split a single input flow into a ‘Priority’ (regulated) flow and a ‘By-Pass’ (excess) flow which can be returned directly to the oil reservoir or used to power a second system. In many instances this dispenses with the need for another pump to operate a second system.
