Pressure-reducing regulators control outlet pressure by balancing an adjustable spring force against the forces caused by inlet and outlet pressures. The KOFLOC 2600 Constant Flow Valve for Liquids MODEL 2600 SERIES is a high-performance constant flow valve for liquids and chemicals. The MODEL 2600 SERIES are available in All-Teflon, PPS, Stainless steel and PVC to cover most all chemicals, pure water, ultra pure water and general applications. RW - Flowmatic All Mechanical Flow Regulator
The RW-valve is an all mechanical adjustable flow regulator for liquids. It is available in four sizes from DN8 to DN50 and covering flow ranges from 0.15 to 300 litres/minute. It is made of bronze or stainless steel and using a membrane in EPDM or Viton. The adjustable flow is about 1:10. The RW-valve will deliver adjusted flow independent of pressure variations up-streams or down-streams of the valve.
The main application for the RW valve is on water. Water is a limited resource and waste should be avoided. The RW valve will ensure that the set flow will be supplied, no more no less independent of pressure variations in the pipe system. Independent of the application, on clean drinking water or not that clean sealing water to a pump, the RW valve will help you to avoid wasting a limited resource.
The RW DN8 valve is made of stainless steel. It is available in two flow ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 l/min. and 0.3 to 3.0 l/min.
The RW DN15 valve is made of bronze or of stainless steel. It is available in two flow ranges 1-12 l/min and 3 to 30 l/min.
The RW DN25 is also made of bronze or of stainless steel. It has a adjustable flow rang of 10 to 100 l/min.
The RW DN50 valve is available of bronze and of stainless steel. The flow is adjustable between 6 and 300 l/min.

The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10 H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004 to .040. |

Pressure controls serve various functions, which may be divided into control and protection functions. Examples for control functions are compressor cycling, pump-down or defrost control. Protection functions include, pressure limiting and cut out against excessive pressures, against loss of charge or for freeze protection.
Our pressure controls are equipped with display scale and pointers to indicate the approximate settings. The display scales are printed in relative pressure units "bar" and "psi". For precise setting of the controls, external gauges must be used. |
