The ATC770 pressure and process controller, with its unique self-tuning algorithm, makes it possible to set up a process such as extrusion, quickly, easily, and with a minimum of operator adjustment. Inputs include 350 Ohm strain gage, DC voltage and DC current, making the ATC770 compatible with a wide variety of process transmitters, and thus able to control a number of factory functions. It is fully configurable with a combination of jumpers and menu options, as well as providing a selection of readout option.

These models accepts single analog input from the sensor, transducer or transmitter and provides 2 to 6 outputs in the form of logic pulses or relay contacts. The process value is accurately displayed and up to 6 set points are provided and using front panel keyboard each is user programmable and configurable for High Alarm, Low Alarm, Deviation Alarm. They find application in heater bank selection, star delta change over, water level control, pressure control etc..

The BAO-1 Panel Controller and Logger has been designed for the distributed process/batch control environment. It combines local and remote control with production logging facilities under the following user-oriented characteristics:

- Complete master mode management and control of remote Quamatic satellites such as a CSNS sensor, a NSFT/ICCD controller, or an INVDxx inverter drive,

In its basic format the 2704MP standard hardware includes an input for melt pressure measurement, an analog output to drive the extruder screw and alarms to detect high and low pressure conditions. Additionally, a second pressure input can be connected providing the facility to put a differential pressure alarm across the screen. Automatic transducer calibration procedures and 5Vdc or 10Vdc transducer power supplies are provided for both inputs.
For standard applications, controllers are shipped pre-configured to the user's specification - using a simple to complete order code. User customisation can be achieved by reconfiguring the controller via its front panel interface or the iTools configuration software.
